The food was good, but the ordering kiosk seems designed in a way that can easily confuse customers. I was charged for something I did not intend to order, and when I requested a refund, staff initially refused. It took over 10 minutes of arguing before they finally processed it. At one point, I was even told to come back the next day for a refund, which is completely unacceptable. The experience felt misleading and poorly handled, I understand the staff is only doing their job. But the system is intentionally designed to make you pay for more than you intend on.

Came in at 2 in the afternoon no one at the cash, no one in the kitchen. The order screens gave errors and the only employee was outside cleaning windows so i left. Average kfc experience in mtl

I order online. Their website is buggy, and it will put in multiple orders when checking out, because for whatever reason, they have trouble accepting card payments via online orders. Now, you can't cancel an order unless you call the store. There is no online customer service to fix a mistake like this. I called, and called, and called this store, for days, for hours, trying to get my money back. The employees never picked up. Contacting KFC directly on the website did absolutely nothing. I lost $50, and KFC got free money. This particular store always forgot my fries and gravy within my orders as well. I will never, ever, buy KFC again, ESPECIALLY from this location. Horrible experience with them.

My friend told me they have new employees making fried chicken and they know what they are doing. Average fries but the chicken wings and popcorns are 🔥🙏🏼 shoutout to the girl in the kitchen 🤤

I’ve been waiting for 25 minutes for my order. I understand it’s busy, but that’s quite a long time. I also noticed staff are prioritizing Uber orders instead of serving customers who are already waiting in line.

Food is tasty and fresh when I order it, however, when going for the Matty Matherson special they just dont make it right, or don't have the buns or ingredients, disappointed but at least the food is decent One one they didn’t include my chicken I. The order….

I keep changing my review it started off positive. Service and employees are worse and worse every time I go. Not sure who the manager or owner but it’s not going well and this will probably be the last time for me.

Pleasant and welcoming staff. Tried thier new matty mattheson sliders. It tasted delicious and the only problem I could find is the uneven distribution of caramelised onion in the slider. Surprisingly we were the only ones in the restaurant in the afternoon. This location deserves more business. Hope they maintain the same. Kudos 8.5/10

This KFC is pretty conveniently placed in downtown streets. Their washroom is out of order, good to know before you get greasy hands. Seating area for 4 different groups of people. Decent option for a quick meal. We took 10 piece meal deal for 3, and it was too much food
