The self-service machine was not working..tables were not clean. The staff were doing their best, but having only 3 working on site at the rush hour is not enough 😑.

You have to order 10 years in advance to hopefully have your order by then. Ridiculous waiting times even the homelessperson in the restaurant was complaining. However cashier lady was nice.

The KFC App doesn’t work. The tracker is not updating and I waited an hour to receive my order and had to call the restaurant multiple times because it doesn’t say that the food is being prepared. Also missing items from my order when I received it.

I had a disappointing experience at this KFC. The employee who served me was rude black girl and unprofessional. She spoke to customers in an unfriendly manner and did not provide good customer service. I believe staff should treat customers respectfully and communicate politely. I hope management addresses this and provides additional customer service training.”
