Food made us sick and one of the higher up from that establishment (Ibrahima) wants us to bring a doctor's note to prove it was the food, not able to give clear information, paranoid about being recorded while on a call asking him simple questions and hangs up the phone mid conversation. Very rude and the reason the overall rating of the store is not lower, they have a bunch of fake 5 stars from bot accounts (same accounts with the same name).

Was given frozen corn. Gravy was thick and tastless. Chicken was drenched in oil. All kfc is going bad..anyone recommend me a good fried chicken place please.

Absolutely worst customer service… waited 15 mins in drive through and ended up going inside to order.., I understand that there are 3 employees but the store is empty.., The young guy at the cash had no smile and no energy to even deal with me complaining about the wait time with the store empty.., and then proceeded to give me the most worst and dry chicken ever

When I walked in it was very very clean and when I ordered my food it came in super fast the food was hot nice and delicious, the drink was cold and refreshing, this is the best kfc/pfk I've ever went to if you want to eat I recommend to eat here.

Ordered 12 piece meal yesterday received it in less than two minutes very odd after eating it me and my wife got very sick we were in the bathroom all night never again I really wish Popeyes chicken comes to Quebec we need a change and good chicken

I’ve been back to this location a few times. The fries aren’t seasoned properly, the pieces of chicken are small compared to other places. One time, they had charged me an entire meal box but didn’t give me what I paid for. I’m disappointed, knowing that this location has been there for years and but the service has become bad overtime.

It was extremely cold inside, which was very uncomfortable, especially with a baby and a toddler. We asked the staff if the heat could be turned on, but they refused. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to the indoor temperature and lack of accommodation.

Ran out of chicken (again). Poor management, evidently. They’d rather turn away customers than close with inventory in the bin. Spend your money elsewhere. This place will eventually go out of business like the Chomedey store. Update: still a complete waste of time here. I just leave…. Completely incompetent.

I ordered a box of 3 chicken tenders, its been 1 hours and 20 mins and they are still preparing it and won't give me a refund, so I just got to wait for as long as they decide or loose my money, great service.
