Visited two times and both were bad. First time I visited was months back, and felt like some TV drama series. The staffs were yelling between themselves in Hindi in the kitchen and didnt even care about clients. One staff then left the kitchen crying I think while another staff followed her to the tables. Lol.. All that while my order was ready but they just left it on the counter without calling out order number. Had to asked for it after 10min. Second time was yesterday, huge waiting line! Felt like they were prioritising online order and uber I think. From entering to leaving with my order, it took me 30min, this aint no *fast* food. Worst is I paid extra to get the deluxe version with tomato and cheese for burgers, $1.50 each and when I got home, there were zero tomato or cheese in any of them. I tried the Chilli Piquante Burger too and seems like they just sprinkled some chilli flakes, that is. Burger was super dry! But at least Wings were good though. No more third time for me. Good luck for the rest.

I asked for a small glass of water with my order they told me they do not have glasses of water. I spent alot of money, it is illegal to not offer free water.

we ordered at 2am and received it at 5am. 3 hours later. we went to the store in the morning and the lady manager kept saying it's ubers fault. extremely unprofessional and horrible customer service.no wonder google reviews is at 3.0

I will always remember waiting one hour on the line before ordering while the priority is for deliverers. Only 12 parking places always occupied.

This location service is really bad, did not want to correct my order because employee said they cannot sell the mistake (order) that we got to other people, it was just after handing it in to us coz I usually check my food before leaving the place. Disappointed at this location service 😒

I’ve always only bought one chicken drumstick at KFC since I’m not hungry for more. I went there, and I witnessed two workers repeatedly trying to sell me a whole bucket, saying I couldn’t buy just one. Disappointing, we left with nothing.
