Today i was refused service as I had 50$ bill that was old but was passing to the machines as they checked it out. Manager refused to serve me and told me to go out. I will call KFc and give them the photo of him as I took it as he refused to give me his name. Will be posted on social media as well. Will never go there ! Bdw they are very dirty so I’m happy I did not eat at this location . Stay away you won’t miss anything. Terrible service there is no - *

Hi I place my order in Laval bd des laurentides but the manager named MAC he was very disrespectful I just mentioned him that I want fresh chicken please for my kids he said that I have the chicken for every one else but not you I was with my kids and they were also very disappointed I prefer no one to go to this branch the manager is very very disrespectful MAC manager name very bad service thank you 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Im not a fan of KFC chicken but this restaurant served a tender juicy chicken and tasty chicken first time we all love it and surely we will comeback here!

The cashier was all by herself, the clients were lining up, and the manager was telling her to help drive-thru customer. The manager finally came to the cash to take clients orders, but not too happy about it. What a bad service. At least, the original cashier was great, helpful and pleasant.

Delicious, nice staff. Took longer than expected with no one but me who ordered. However nice hot and fresh. So you won some you losses some. I prefer to wait and have food and fresh then get something that is just warm

Visited two times and both were bad. First time I visited was months back, and felt like some TV drama series. The staffs were yelling between themselves in Hindi in the kitchen and didnt even care about clients. One staff then left the kitchen crying I think while another staff followed her to the tables. Lol.. All that while my order was ready but they just left it on the counter without calling out order number. Had to asked for it after 10min. Second time was yesterday, huge waiting line! Felt like they were prioritising online order and uber I think. From entering to leaving with my order, it took me 30min, this aint no *fast* food. Worst is I paid extra to get the deluxe version with tomato and cheese for burgers, $1.50 each and when I got home, there were zero tomato or cheese in any of them. I tried the Chilli Piquante Burger too and seems like they just sprinkled some chilli flakes, that is. Burger was super dry! But at least Wings were good though. No more third time for me. Good luck for the rest.

I asked for a small glass of water with my order they told me they do not have glasses of water. I spent alot of money, it is illegal to not offer free water.
