KFC — the food was fresh and hot with a nice crispy bite. Took about 7 minutes for 2 chicken burgers and 2 fries. Clean place with plenty of seating, and I used a coupon.

Very disappointed about this location, placed an order online for pickup and when I was home it was missing some items, the stuff also was mixed up, I was waiting for my turn, then they served people that came after me, I was just watching and very upset, they didn't even notice, excuse me but !!
Placed an order online and when got to the resto, didn't have coleslaw or macaroni. Ordering system needs to be better. Staff couldn't really offer much except for what they currently offer as sides. Not their fault but customer service should be better. Offer more chicken for the inconvenience? Be better prepared and order more than enough for the weekend? Btw - if you placed an order online and want to refund, it takes about 7-10 business days to process and they only start your order when you arrive. Service is VERY slow. If you are craving fried chicken, choose another resto!

So happy to grab a poutine from here since it was National Poutine day! Chicken combos are great too! Also, this is the first PFK location I’ve gone to that actually plays country music! I love it!

Well this is the first time I've reevaluated a restaurant. Previously, I only gave a 3 star rating pertaining to poor service and long time getting food. I decided to retry my local KFC,after quite a long time not eating there. To my surprise, the overall experience was greatly improved. I was served quickly and efficiently by a very nice young man behind the counter. My food was ready in less than 5 minutes and was exactly as i ordered. My #7 combo was hot and the portion was generous. I was given plenty of napkins and wet wipes. I don't know if this restaurant is under new management but the improvement is remarkable. Let me also say everything was under 20$, great value! I recommend to give it another try. I am certainly glad this reviewer did. I'll be back soon!!
I placed an order through the KFC App and scheduled delivery two hours later—an option clearly offered for this KFC location. Despite that, the restaurant sent the order almost immediately. The delivery driver called because he was not even given my address, and the food arrived about 1.5 hours earlier than requested, completely defeating the purpose of scheduling it for when my guests would arrive. What made the experience far worse was the employee who answered the phone when I called to ask about it. She stated, in a condescending and dismissive tone, that they don’t read requests and simply send orders when they’re ready. When I asked why the scheduled delivery option exists in the app if it’s ignored, she changed her explanation, raised her voice, and began arguing instead of helping. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told one might call me back. No one ever did. Frankly, the person who handled that call demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and basic customer service skills. Someone who speaks to customers in that manner should not be representing the business. The food itself was average, but the incompetent and disrespectful customer service makes this location very difficult to recommend. Weeks later, after no response from the manager(requested during call) and also submitting a complaint to head office, no one has followed up. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise choosing another location or another restaurant entirely.
