Went there with 3 friends, we sat down, waitress asks "coffee's for everyone?" We says yes, coffee comes, first thing happens, VERY MINOR compare to the others, we don't get offered water, every other table has water. Our order comes rather quickly, we don't get our bread yet "10 minutes" after receiving our order, I go to the kitchen counter and ask "are we receiving our bread soon?" A gentleman in his late 40s, early 50s answers me " relax bro, it's right here" the basket of our bread was under the heat lamp. We were only asked once we finished our meal if we wanted more coffee. At this time my cup was already empty for 25 minutes. Then to top it all off I see a server behind the counter passing a bag for Doordash to a waitress on the other side, and it goes right through her hands and falls upside down to the floor, and her and our waitress are dying of laughter. The 1 man and 2 women mentioned here are in their late 40s early 50s and they acted very immaturely. I even caught some of the younger servers passing by our servers and rolling their eyes in embarrassment. I've been to 3 different Petino's, this is the ONLY one that I've ever witnessed all this horrible customer service.
