The food was amazing. Our server waa attentive. The decor was minimalist. What bothered us was the noise level. It was high. I needed to wear my noise reduction ear buds that I bought specifically for concerts.

I wanted to start by saying the food is amazing. I ordered English McMuffin with a poached egg Hollandaise sauce and capers on top The fries were salty and crunchy. The fruit was fresh. The dessert was the best part. It had walnuts bananas chocolate wrapped up. I asked the server. What's the most liked dessert here? This is what he recommended the waiter was kind and nice. The atmosphere was friendly but the reason, I don't give it five star Is because it's not the waiter was too quick. I don't mind if he was too quick cuz honestly it's a very packed restaurant but he wasn't really paying attention have food in the atmosphere are very good but I just gave the atmosphere four stars because it's very loud and packed. That's not the restaurant's fault The food was amazing. It's just the service

We had an amazing experience at Petinos thanks to our waiter, Niko! He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. He knew the menu well, gave great recommendations, and checked in just the right amount to make sure everything was perfect. His positive attitude really elevated the whole meal. If you’re dining at Petinos, definitely ask for Niko—he’s fantastic! cant wait to go back! made my day

We love supporting Petinos DDO! We’ve never had any issues with the food, and they’re always happy to accommodate our requests when we want something prepared a certain way. Customer service is A+++ every time. We’re usually served by Jerry, and honestly the entire staff is amazing. They always take such great care of us and make us feel truly welcome. Highly recommend!

This would have been a great experience, but about 1 hour and 10 minutes after being seated, our table was told by our waiter that we had to leave due to the long lineup outside (December 28, 2025, around 11:15 a.m.). What was particularly frustrating is that other groups who had been seated longer than us were still allowed to finish their meals. I have never been asked to vacate a table mid experience to accommodate a lineup, and it raises serious concerns about the restaurant’s management and respect for its guests.

Kartik was a fantastic waiter food came out quick and coffees were continuously filled and pipping hot. He was super careful. If you happen to go to Petinos in DDO, make sure to ask for Kartik.

While traveling from Toronto to Montreal, we stopped here for breakfast and it turned out to be an amazing experience. The food was absolutely delicious and tasted very fresh. The fresh orange juice was a perfect start to the day. A special shoutout to Kartik, who served us—he was extremely helpful, kind, and attentive, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend this place for breakfast. Easily 10 out of 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
