I ordered a pizza from this restaurant and it was one of the most disappointing meals I've ever received. The pizza arrived burnt, with large sections of the crust blackened and inedible. It looked more like a piece of burnt dough than an actual pizza. There was virtually no pizza sauce on it whatsoever. The dough had puffed up so much that most of the pizza was just dry bread with a few toppings scattered on top. The pizza was so thin and lacking ingredients that parts of it were practically see through. For the price I paid, I expected a proper pizza, not a burnt piece of dough with almost no sauce. The quality was unacceptable, and I felt completely ripped off. I would not order from this restaurant again and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a decent pizza.

I've been ordering here since 1978 and I've always been having a great experience but the last few times I've ordered pizza the quality has gone down big time and when i call today to express my opinion about how long I've been ordering from there and was not happy with my last pizza order I got nothing but excuses you would think they would not want to loose a valued customer and at least offer a discount on the next order but nope nothing needless to say no more pandelli's for me

Like always. Every pizza are now pizza pizza thin. 42$ for an extral large. Weight as much as pizza pizza, pizza. Used to be nixe thick full of ingredients pizza.

I have been eating their pizza for decades. I still think it is one of the best pepperoni pizzas I have ever had. I have no idea why there are reviews that are so poor. Maybe they are just wanting some frozen pizza taste. Going to order today...because I just love it. Fresh ingredients...great taste...

First off great pizza no argument there, crunchy chewey crust , plenty of toppings not too overloaded just right, my preference is to have pizza that is not too over filling so you can enjoy all the flavors. The only real pet peeve I have is their delivery time it can take over 90min in spite of being 10-15 min away, kind of outrageous.

Something wrong with the crust or dough on this one. Has potential to be a great one generous toppings and all but i found it to be chewy. Jaw muscles hurt after eating 3 slices. Didnt finish the crusts either… looks better than it is.. too bad

Pendeli’s Pizza crushes it with their pepperoni pizza. Great crust, bold sauce, and a ridiculous amount of pepperoni, so every bite delivers. Simple, classic, and done right.

The submarine sandwich (all dressed) was amazing, honestly one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had! The ingredients were fresh and the flavors were perfect. The pizza was really good too; the crust was crispy and the toppings were delicious. Definitely a place I’d come back to!

I wish I could give 0 stars,so we called and asked for a sub,a french fry with gravy,had to explain a few times said u did not have that,advised its on the menu,so took some time,when we got our order we got a french fry with ketchup and mayo, did not get my french fry with gravy,and I was charged that,when I called the rear he said too bad I asked for a manager says he is not there and said he would call me the next day the next day comes around no call,in short they are ignoring all my calls, horribl resto,horrible food and maybe train ur workers to know the menu items when ordering we even said a french fry and vra y is a poutine with no cheeE,and he obviously did not understand anything,because my mother got a sub,asked for sauce on the side and ask to remove one topping and they doubled the topping she did not want.DO NOT ORDER FROM HRW EMPLOGEES DONT EVEN KNOW THERE MENU, resto deserves a negative 10 stars,they tell u a manager will call does not call and ignore my calls,never ordering from this restaurant that left me with a bad taste in my mouth.
