This was our second time here—we came to watch the Habs Game 7. The atmosphere was great, but the service experience ended on a bizarre note. After we paid, our waitress (Eli) approached our table of seven and claimed she remembered us from two weeks ago. She then told us that if we didn’t tip, she would refuse our future reservations and give it to someone else. She claimed servers have to 'pay out of pocket' if we don't tip enough, despite the fact that our entire group tipped 18-20% on both visits. It was an incredibly uncomfortable and unprofessional way to end the night.

We were a table of 7 teenagers (ages 17-18) and we all ordered food while watching the habs game 7. each of us either have minimum wage jobs working only 2-3 days a week. after the game was over, each of us ordered 20-30 dollars worth of food and each of tipped 18%-20%. after each of us were done paying she said and i quote. “Guys i remember you from the last game, and if you guys continue to not tip, we’re not going to hold a reservation for you anymore. if you’re not tipping it’s coming out of the servers pockets, so you need to tip next time. it’s disrespectful that you’re not tipping enough for a group.” now i understand if she said this and a few of us did not tip her. but after leaving feeling attacked by our waiter, we discussed and each of us left a tip each time we have been there. Again, we are 7 freshly 18 year old girls trying to SAVE MONEY FOR UNIVERSITY. and yelling at us and pretty much banning us from this place bc she didn’t like the amount of money we tipped her is unprofessional and ignorant. The waitresses name was Eli and she was very rude.

Had a great time! 14 of us went for a goodbye lunch for a colleague. We were served water as we got their and our drinks shortly after. Food arrived quickly for our group size and all our various plates considered there were other clients there too. I had their spicy dribble burger, highly recommend!
