Great little spot next to the water, with a wonderful terrace. Food was very good, and I especially enjoyed the cool Captain's Rolls on a warm summer day.
Servers are always knowledgeable and friendly. The burgers are fantastic. Good gluten free options and understanding of celiac. Drinks are always well made as well. The outdoor seating by the water is just so beautiful. One of our favorite spots. Make sure to make a reservation in advance.

The Patate et Persil has a casual and quirky decor with a friendly and attentive staff. It has a spectacular location - right on the water- with lots of outdoor seating. We stopped for tea and cappuccino which was great.

Love everything about this resto, the food, the ambiance, the service and the staff. Every time I’ve eaten there, the service has been top notch in every way and the food is delicious. I’m vegan and P&P is the only non-vegan resto I’ve been to that has a lovely selection of vegan meals and they go the extra mile to also have vegan mayo and vegan cheese. It’s my go to resto now for a treat. The owner is often there, pitching in, but in a very subtle way. The decor is so funky but the staff are low key, attentive and kind and it’s no accident, I’m sure.

Best plant-based burgers I have eaten!!
I went here after seeing the high reviews with family but I was disappointed. Service was poor. I ordered a daiquiri and didn’t taste any alcohol in it. When I asked the waiter, she said there was alcohol but in a rude tone. Then I ordered the bourguignon sandwich and I thought it would be a sandwich because it was in that section on the menu. However, it was on a slice of focaccia bread and it was super soggy. Very disappointed in everything here. I would only come back here for the view by the water.

Patate et Persil is a hidden gem tucked away in a small corner of Dorion overlooking the river. The atmosphere was very cozy and comfortable. The restaurant was busy and a bit noisy at our table next to the kitchen but we were still able to have a conversation. The meal was excellent. We both ordered vegan options, the vegeburger and the quesadillas veggie. The portions were generous and full of flavour. Service was quick and friendly.
Great poutine and sandwiches in a cozy location. Well worth a stop. Can get quite busy around lunchtime.

Went there a couple of weeks ago and it was good, packed and a lineup outside, but fast setvice etc. Went for the second time this weekend for lunch. This time no huge queue outside, seated quickly, then we sat for 20 minutes, no service . There were servers , It wasnt busy, no excuse. Not even offered water or a drink. We just left. Not going back.
