I typically make all of my sauces and therefore don’t resort to premade ones as they don’t quite live up to expectation. Mama Katia’s sauces however have now become a household must. Absolutely delicious, it reminds me of my nonna’s pasta dishes. And Pastificio’s 3 cheese tortellini… definitely a hit. Thank you Katia for this great discovery and for sharing love and comfort through your cooking
