Just flew into Montreal from Vancouver and needed food ASAP. This place happened to be local and holy cow is it delicious!! My extremely picky children ate their entire serving! Two pastas and a salad served our family of four. THANK YOU SO MUCH for an excellent welcome and the wonderful food!

I usually order through Uber Eats from this place! Their bolognese and penne rosé are really good. I also really appreciated the service — they called me back, apologized for missing an item, replaced it, and even gave me extra. Great consistency overall. The prices are also really good for what you get. Highly recommend

We are visiting for the F1 race and we came back twice lol. 😂 Ya we really like pasta, but this place is quick and the pasta 🍝 is fantastic. Customize, take out, or just pick from the menu, you really can not go wrong!

Just visited Montreal and discovered this amazing place for Pasta called El Pastaman. I was very satisfied compared to other authentic italian restaurants. I would definitely try it again!!

It is my first time in Montreal, My cousin and I were trying to figure out where to grab dinner as we just landed and decided to try LE PASTAMAN, and man did it ever taste good! I love pasta dishes and this did not disappoint!! And great customer service as well:)

Super friendly and fast service, would highly recommend for that reason alone! They had a pasta special and it was delicious (rose sauce penne), cheap, big portions and comes with garlic bread. They have indoor seating and had the hockey game on the TVs, but I got takeout and didn't stay. Will definitely go back if I'm in the Berri-UQAM area.

Tried the rigatoni pesto pasta with chicken and shrimp, and wow… easily one of the best pasta dishes I’ve had in Montreal. The sauce was creamy and packed with flavor, the pasta was cooked perfectly, and the toppings just completed the whole dish. A 10/10 comfort meal for me

Beef bolognese - Spaghetti was perfectly cooked al dente, lots of sauce, coated the noodles nicely, what was left was pooled in bottom, used spoon to finish it off, was too good to waste. Beef burger was fresh, greasy but in the best possible way. Poutine - curds were squeaky and gravy was tasty. We contemplated getting delivery. Walked over from hotel, little restaurant, thought it didn’t seem like much. Was so wrong. While unassuming, just as good as the food, is the atmosphere and the staff. They were so patient with our English and our attempts with French. Though game 7 hockey stress is same in every language. If you’re deciding where to go, pick this place. If you’re thinking about Billy K’s because you want a burger, please don’t. Go here instead. You won’t regret it.
