Vegetarian American family of 5 (with three teens). This bakery was one of the most memorable food experiences of our Quebec winter trip. We consider ourselves bakery connoisseurs. Pastries, bread, sandwiches, quiches, pizzas, every single item was spectacular. Standout surprises: chocolate almond bread, quiches. The sandwich took me back to my visits to Paris. Very little room to eat (there were two small tables when we were there) but we managed to make it work.

The BEST Bakery in all of Canada. We’re from Ontario and we visit everytime we are in the area. It’s totally worth it each time. We’ve tried their pizzas, focaccia, tentacion, crème brûlée. Everything is excellent. The kouign amann is to die for! A must visit. 10000/10!
