Food was great staff was kind. The owner is extremely rude to his staff. Constantly putting them down and showing aggressive behaviour in front of clients. Raising his voice etc. it was uncomfortable to be around.

The food is so good and fresh - excellent quality! Also the manager and server are incredible and soooo nice and attentive to dietary restrictions. Definitely coming back 10/10 recommend you won’t regret it. Love Italians!!!!

I’d recommend Clarke or Ben & Sally's instead. I found a seat after a while of standing. Only to then be "asked" by the owner to give it up for someone else. He had already offered my seat and table before checking with me. For the price of these sandwiches and drinks, there's many other cafés to consider around the area.

I went here last week with a friend and I can guarantee you that everything about that cafe is amazing. The food was really delicious and the staff was very friendly and respectful. I 100% recommend!

We stumbled onto this place and we were not disappointed. Visiting MTL from Nova Scotia and looking to stop in for a coffee and lunch. The staff were very friendly and the sandwiches were delicious! Service was fast and quality in every bite. The coffee hit the spot and the atmosphere is enjoyable. The owner and operator made a point to check in and greet everyone who came into the cafe. Highly recommend and we will be back anytime we’re in MTL!

Just picked up two sandwiches to go, and both were pretty disappointing. They looked great nicely stacked and visually appealing but they were missing a lot of flavour and sauce. I might give Parma another try in a few weeks since they just opened in my neighbourhood, but with Clarke Café and La Scacciata close by, it’s a tough sell right now.

Omg best place for lunch and little super on a school day! Parma Café on Notre Dame, Griffintown. The vibes are so cute, uni students and even high school students will love it! The service was amazing there so nice especially Enrico ! I absolutely recommend coming here and getting the tortellini.

Honestly 10/10 on everything! First time trying the Cesar chicken sandwich and it was amazing. Staff is so kind and great dessert options too! My new favourite in the city.

Just checked out Parma Café’s new location on Notre-Dame in St-Henri and I’m already obsessed. The space is incredibly cute. But what really stood out was the staff: genuinely some of the nicest people I’ve met, which makes the whole experience even better. And the food? Unreal. The chicken cutlet sandwich is, without exaggeration, the best in the city and I’ve tried them all. Definitely a new go-to spot.

So pumped this place finally opened! Honestly, their sandwiches are to die for. The mortadella with pistachio pesto and mozzarella is easily my favorite—it’s a total game-changer. They nailed the bread, too; it’s super fresh and crispy without being too much. Plus, the owner and staff are incredibly sweet. Such a win for the neighborhood! I want to add the service that we receive in this establishment is absolutely amazing. As a resident of this neighbourhood for 20 years, I have rarely seen this good customer service!
