Panini Vegetarian 9/10 really good! A bit too many pickles on the sandwich but apart from that it was really tasty!! And the waitress was polite!

I'm a regular customer and I genuinely love this place. Honestly, the owner and the rest of the staff are top-tier when it comes to manners and professionalism, and the cake is truly some of the best around. The place is clean, classy, and absolutely deserves success. My last visit, though, included a situation that really bothered me and I can't ignore it—because I respect the place and want it to stay at the same high standard. The girl at the cashier treated me in a way that made me feel unwelcome, for no reason at all. Then, while serving the cake, the tongs were right in front of her, but she chose to pick up the piece with her bare hands. I'm 100% sure this was an individual mistake that doesn't represent the place or the respectable ethics of the owner I know. But I had to point it out because this is about hygiene and customer treatment, and those are the foundation of any respectable place like yours. I hope there will be more focus on training staff that every customer deserves respect, and that basic food handling rules are non-negotiable—especially since your prices are high and customers expect service at the same level. I'll remain a customer, because I'm confident you'll take this feedback seriously. Best of luck.

Coffee oat latte was wow! The sandwiches were so good. Crusty bread & soft on the inside. Porchetta sandwich was to die for! Definitely will go back!

Food was great staff was kind. The owner is extremely rude to his staff. Constantly putting them down and showing aggressive behaviour in front of clients. Raising his voice etc. it was uncomfortable to be around.

The food is so good and fresh - excellent quality! Also the manager and server are incredible and soooo nice and attentive to dietary restrictions. Definitely coming back 10/10 recommend you won’t regret it. Love Italians!!!!

I’d recommend Clarke or Ben & Sally's instead. I found a seat after a while of standing. Only to then be "asked" by the owner to give it up for someone else. He had already offered my seat and table before checking with me. For the price of these sandwiches and drinks, there's many other cafés to consider around the area.

I went here last week with a friend and I can guarantee you that everything about that cafe is amazing. The food was really delicious and the staff was very friendly and respectful. I 100% recommend!

We stumbled onto this place and we were not disappointed. Visiting MTL from Nova Scotia and looking to stop in for a coffee and lunch. The staff were very friendly and the sandwiches were delicious! Service was fast and quality in every bite. The coffee hit the spot and the atmosphere is enjoyable. The owner and operator made a point to check in and greet everyone who came into the cafe. Highly recommend and we will be back anytime we’re in MTL!

Just picked up two sandwiches to go, and both were pretty disappointing. They looked great nicely stacked and visually appealing but they were missing a lot of flavour and sauce. I might give Parma another try in a few weeks since they just opened in my neighbourhood, but with Clarke Café and La Scacciata close by, it’s a tough sell right now.

Omg best place for lunch and little super on a school day! Parma Café on Notre Dame, Griffintown. The vibes are so cute, uni students and even high school students will love it! The service was amazing there so nice especially Enrico ! I absolutely recommend coming here and getting the tortellini.
