Parma Café is a standout. I ordered the steak sandwich and it was excellent—perfectly cooked, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The service was just as impressive. The staff were attentive, welcoming, and genuinely kind without being overbearing. The atmosphere is calm and inviting, making it an ideal place to sit, relax, and enjoy your meal. Overall, a well-rounded experience. I would absolutely return and highly recommend it.

I recently visited Parma Café and was pleasantly surprised. It’s a great spot to grab a delicious coffee, but you can also come for lunch since they offer a variety of sandwiches, salads, and cold drinks. The menu has a good selection of coffee options, and the desserts are definitely worth trying. I highly recommend the Caprese salad — it was fresh and really flavorful. The service was exceptional, and the staff were genuinely kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The space is quite large, with a nice atmosphere, good music, and thoughtful decoration. Overall, it’s a beautiful place to visit at any time of the day, right in the heart of Laval.

Ive been here a few times my wife & we always enjoy everything they make. Everytime we go we try new things & we are never disappointed. The owners treat you like family the service is impeccable & the food is phenomenal. The coffee is fantastic! I would recommend for a quick bite, coffee and sweets or a full meal. They have many tables inside & outside. Thanks to the staff & owners you all treat everyone with respect & kindness! Keep doing what your doing. It's a guarantee you will see us again! food is good, pasta and sandwiches are delicious. Coffee very good, salads need more dressing and matcha latte wasn’t the best, especially for 7$ I had higher expectations…

First time there and was pleased by the atmosphere and the delicious assortment of pastries and treats. I had a chocolate and caramel mousse, which was really good and not overly sweet. My macchiato coffee was also very good and made correctly. They did forget my food order, but once they were reminded, they served it up quickly. Recommended and eager to go back.

Not the best, I sit and wait until they ask me go move around, I pick a table and they tell me to move, then I pick another one and told me they need it for more people (mind you at this point I have been 4 hours there CONSUMING as much as everyone else). Honestly you feel off, much better the cafe in front where you can sit and not be moved around. Plus the chairs are extremely uncomfortable. Seems I am not the only one based on previous reviews. If you need to stay long time, I definitely do not recommend unless you come in a group, the only way you won’t be bothered, be sure you will be highly prioritized (4+). Not coming back.

Place is packed, service is mediocre. We were three seated at a table. Two tables were stuck together. After finishing our meal, the waiter asked if he could split the tables and use one for other customers. We agreed, no problem. He offered drinks on the house for the inconvenience . Nobody used that table for at least 30 minutes. Dude comes back with one drink. We're three people...Staff is so lost. So disoraganized. First time going there. Won't ever catch me there again.

Great Steak panini. Delicious. Love the bread they use. Heavenly sandwich. Love the truffle sauce with fries on the side & even got the tortellini Rosée. I was full & happy 😃. Amazing 🤩

Unfortunately, we couldn’t get a table for four because the place was completely full. Most of the tables were occupied by students who seemed to stay for long periods, which made it difficult for other customers to find a seat. It would be advisable for the establishment to better manage table turnover for those who actually want to dine.

The sandwich à la Gigi was good and so were the French fries. Loved the truffle mayo they come with. It’s a good study spot, very nice ambiance and lots of chargers. Can get pretty loud after 6 and laptops are not allowed 11:30-2:30 on weekdays. Other than that really nice place

Love love love this place! Great coffee, fantastic sandwiches and deserts. The staff and owners are so nice. I go almost everyday for my morning coffee♡ Great job you guys! So happy to finally have you in Laval! I highly recommend this place for the atmosphere, food and service!

First time at this Parma Cafe Laval. the food was excellent. My wife ordered the Chicken Sandwich and I had the Italian Sausage Sandwich on their made in house panini. Both were very fresh and tasty and worth the price. The owner came over and asked if everything was ok, I couldn't lie and told him it was excellent and that he had a nice place. Follow up..... March 12, Had the steak sandwich and was so tasty, tender and juicy! Followed with a Latte and Zeppole to finish it off. Beats the competition!

First time trying out this cafe ! I indeed like the vibe . I like Italian cafe and this one is in a good location, they have all kind of coffees plus food , they even serve alcohol! Recommend this cafe !

I don’t recommend visiting this coffee shop. They have a rule about no laptop usage during certain hours, which was never clearly communicated. At first, we were told that if we closed our laptops, we could stay. I honestly don’t understand what the issue is with having a laptop at a table. We were asked to move from a table for four to a table for two since we were only two people, which was completely reasonable, and we moved without any issue. Shortly after, we were asked to leave because people were waiting. After already cooperating, that felt unnecessary and disappointing. On top of that, the staff were rude and dismissive in the way they communicated with us, which made the whole situation worse. Overall, not a pleasant experience and I wouldn’t recommend it
