Great Steak panini. Delicious. Love the bread they use. Heavenly sandwich. Love the truffle sauce with fries on the side & even got the tortellini Rosée. I was full & happy 😃. Amazing 🤩

Unfortunately, we couldn’t get a table for four because the place was completely full. Most of the tables were occupied by students who seemed to stay for long periods, which made it difficult for other customers to find a seat. It would be advisable for the establishment to better manage table turnover for those who actually want to dine.

The sandwich à la Gigi was good and so were the French fries. Loved the truffle mayo they come with. It’s a good study spot, very nice ambiance and lots of chargers. Can get pretty loud after 6 and laptops are not allowed 11:30-2:30 on weekdays. Other than that really nice place

Love love love this place! Great coffee, fantastic sandwiches and deserts. The staff and owners are so nice. I go almost everyday for my morning coffee♡ Great job you guys! So happy to finally have you in Laval! I highly recommend this place for the atmosphere, food and service!

First time at this Parma Cafe Laval. the food was excellent. My wife ordered the Chicken Sandwich and I had the Italian Sausage Sandwich on their made in house panini. Both were very fresh and tasty and worth the price. The owner came over and asked if everything was ok, I couldn't lie and told him it was excellent and that he had a nice place. Follow up..... March 12, Had the steak sandwich and was so tasty, tender and juicy! Followed with a Latte and Zeppole to finish it off. Beats the competition!

First time trying out this cafe ! I indeed like the vibe . I like Italian cafe and this one is in a good location, they have all kind of coffees plus food , they even serve alcohol! Recommend this cafe !

I don’t recommend visiting this coffee shop. They have a rule about no laptop usage during certain hours, which was never clearly communicated. At first, we were told that if we closed our laptops, we could stay. I honestly don’t understand what the issue is with having a laptop at a table. We were asked to move from a table for four to a table for two since we were only two people, which was completely reasonable, and we moved without any issue. Shortly after, we were asked to leave because people were waiting. After already cooperating, that felt unnecessary and disappointing. On top of that, the staff were rude and dismissive in the way they communicated with us, which made the whole situation worse. Overall, not a pleasant experience and I wouldn’t recommend it

A great place food is good , service is great (although they gave my table to someone else when I was 20 mins.late 🤣😀 but that's my fault ) it's only problem is that it is very crowded during rush hour feels like a food market . Id come here everyday if it was closer to me

Definitely the best café in Town!!!😍😍😍 Everything was amazing, they don't rush you to eat and leave. We had time to actually relax, enjoy the menu and digest while tchating. They came and clean our tables without even asking, talk about excellent servic👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽 I'M VERY PICKY AND IT'S A MUST TRY💯💯💯

Good cafe with even better service. Giuliano gave excellent sandwich recommendations and clearly knows his job—confident, friendly, and spot on with his picks. The sandwich was fresh and well balanced. If you’re unsure what to order, ask him. Definitely worth a visit.

Been getting sandwiches here almost once a week, been amazing every time but I just got my sandwich from Uber Eats and the porchetta was sliced really thick and it was mostly fat (chunks). I really hope you guys are not cutting on your quality now that you are popular. Stick to what made you get here…. Do better guys.

Disgusting Service I’ve been to this café multiple times, but my last visit will absolutely be my last. The service was beyond disrespectful and honestly embarrassing to witness. When I arrived to join my friend at our table (we were supposed to be three people, but she arrived first), I immediately felt something was off. They had seated her in a tight corner where barely two people could fit, sitting directly across from each other. A few minutes later, we noticed a nearby table being cleared and decided to move there once it was empty, something we’ve done before without issue. That’s when a staff member/manager (not sure who he thought he was) stormed over and told my friend, “No, no, you can’t sit here. Go back to your place.” I understand cafés get busy, but there is absolutely no excuse for disrespect. To make things worse, the table wasn’t even being set for a group of three — it was for two people. Instead of calmly explaining the situation, this grown man chose to argue and shout in public at a younger woman. Truly shameful behavior. We weren’t stealing seats, we weren’t causing a scene, and we were leaving a clean table behind. Even if he owns the place, that does not give him the right to yell or belittle customers. We decided to leave, at which point he continued making childish comments like babye under his breath and then kept arguing when confronted. Completely unprofessional. It was very clear he felt entitled to speak to us that way because we were “just girls.” Wrong move. Moral of the story: get your act together. A grown man running or working in a café should know how to speak to people — especially paying customers. This place lacks basic respect and professionalism. Take your business elsewhere

Not a good spot to study or work, very loud. We were two people sitting at a table for three in a corner near a charging outlet, while we saw two other customers taking a table for six and staff didn’t say anything to them. After about an hour, staff came to tell us we were not allowed to use laptops, even though several people were clearly using laptops at the bar right in front of them, as well as at other tables. To add to the confusion, we weren’t even using our laptops at the moment they came to talk to us; we were just talking, eating cake, and drinking our coffee. They could have kindly asked us to move to the bar if laptop use was the issue. On a positive note, the temperature inside was perfect, drinks and cake were amazing, Overall, the rules didn’t seem to be applied consistently, which made the experience frustrating and uncomfortable.
