We hosted our 40th high school reunion here, and we couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out! A special thank you to Rich (manager/owner) who was wonderful to work with throughout the planning process. His recommendations and guidance in arranging the space were incredibly helpful. He listened attentively to our ideas and concerns, offered great suggestions, and reassured us along the way, which made the planning process so much easier and less stressful. The food was good, the ambiance was great, and the live singer that evening was absolutely amazing! He sang so many of our favourite ’80s songs, bringing back wonderful memories and adding the perfect nostalgic touch to our reunion. Overall, it was a fantastic evening filled with laughter, reminiscing, and reconnecting with old friends. Thank you to Rich and the team for helping make our special milestone reunion such a memorable success. Highly recommend this venue for anyone looking to host a special event!

I feel this restaurant blocks bad reviews to only show the highest reviews. Because we were 8 people eating at this place 2 thursdays ago, and the service was completely terrible, and everyone on our table posted reviews on it and nobody's reviews are showing. Staff service was terrible. Food was mediocre for the price we were paying, which was 50 to 60 plus tax for the food alone, plus the drinks. The drinks are 16 to 20$ each plus tax and tips, which are very expensive. The service from staff was selective, because we saw from the table across from us that if you are on a table of hot girls, you get serviced right away and the staff will try every excuse to check on you. Or if you buy the staff drinks, they will serve you very nicely and throws in food on the house (the guests and the staff were loud). We feel the portions are small for the price we pay. Whether it is the protein on the plate (such as fish or steak or the chicken), or the amount of mashed potatoes or the vegetables on the plate. Definitely would not be back again. Poor service, poor food quality. Cannot recommend this restaurant.

Music was WAAAAYYY too loud. We couldn't hear each other speaking, and people of other tables also kept complaining about the volume. Experience would have probably been much better if it wasn't for the music.

My classmates and I did our 40th anniversary high school reunion here and it was a great experience! The atmosphere was fun, the food was good and by far the best part of the evening besides seeing all of our classmates we hadn't seen for so long was the fantastic service given to us by Camille and Alizée; they are very good at their jobs, extremely pleasant to talk to (super cute 😉) and very dedicated to their customers! We highly recommend this place and we will go back! Great job White Rabbit! 👏

For the price, the food just didn't have a lot going for itself. The poutine had a very bland sauce and the fries were on the more soggy side of the spectrum. The fried chicken BLT waffle felt like they gave you the tomatoes that had been sitting in the back of the fridge for over a week. Neither fresh or juicy, and the sauce for it felt like the chef just emptied an entire bottle of Kraft dinner salad dressing over the whole thing. Didn't blend with the meal at all. But the really bad part was the music. They had both a singer and DJ on the spot. It was WAY too loud. Some children were on the next table asking their parents if something could be done about the volume, and the restaurant didn't do anything about it... So it wasn't just us who felt it was loud. Choice of music and performance were kinda mid too, ngl.

We came on the last Thursday of September to celebrate one of us got a raise at our job. We were in high spirit. but not sure what to think about the evening at this restaurant... The restaurant was not too busy. We arrived and we were seated almost immediately by the hostess. We were then given the menu. It was fine so far... but we communicated in English, so we would assume we would be given English menus, but no, we had to ask for English menu. Ok no problem. Then, we were were looking at the menu, we saw the tables around us get filled with customers one after another. And I notice shortly after the guests were seated and given the menus, the staff came back and brought them glasses of water. We were seated first among the 4 other tables besides us, but everybody were given water and got their order taken before someone came back to check on us. Then, someone came to take our order. And after we had ordered, the appetizers arrived very quickly. But we were still not given water until all the other tables around us received their first round of alcohol. Then they came back and bring us our glasses of water. We ordered some fried finger food for appetizer for us both. The fried food were all burnt. We were hungry so we ate them anyway. I must add that their menu has a lot of burgers, poutine, and bar food. They have fish, chicken and steak on their menu, but the main courses being 30 to 70$ per plate, I would say the portions are a little too small to be honest, because afterwards, a few of us are still hungry. After the main course is finished, they picked up our plates and our utensils. But we ordered dessert, so shortly came dessert. We were a little surprised that they were so attentive that they brought us our desserts but we had no utensils whatsoever. We saw the tables next to us have already left, so since nobody paid any attention to us all evening anyway, not even to come for water refill, we simply took some utensils from the table next to us in order to finish our desserts so that we can be on our way. Meanwhile, we see some of the tables besides us` getting checked frequently by staff and the staff brought them some shots on the house and the staff took shots with the customers (We can overhear them). and they get free fries, etc. Two of us ordered chicken, it was tender and juicy, but we were not sure if the middle is cooked well enough though. Overall, we each spent $70-$80 per person. But we find the food quality mediocre at best and, unless you order a main course of around 40 and up, otherwise the portion size (such as chicken) or pasta or burger, would be not enough for a grown man... their menu is mostly bar food and even when you spend over $50 on food, you would find the quality is so so. I personally have been to restaurant with better menu, better food, and much better service. I guess you may a high premium for going to their restaurant for their decor and atmosphere. But that too, I think you can find better places for the money you spend. Overall, maybe they were understaffed that night, I am not sure what's going on there... I see good reviews there usually. So honestly, I am surprised by the experience we had.

The food was really good, and I especially enjoyed the pulled pork sandwich — flavorful, filling, and nicely prepared. The only downside was that the service was a bit slow, which took away from the overall experience. Still, the food was worth it, and I’d consider coming back.

We had a very enjoyable meal at Le White Rabbit and left impressed with both the food and the overall experience. Our table tried several different dishes, including the lemon cod, fish and chips, grilled salmon, and mac and cheese with pulled pork, so we had a good chance to sample different parts of the menu. Everything we ordered was delicious. The fish was fresh and well prepared, and the grilled salmon was cooked nicely without being dry. The fish and chips were a satisfying classic, with good portions and plenty of flavour. The lemon cod was also very tasty and had a nice balance of flavours. One of the biggest surprises was the mac and cheese with pulled pork. It was rich, comforting, and very filling, with the pulled pork adding a lot of flavour to an already good dish. The prices were quite reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. We felt that the meal offered good value without being overpriced. The wait time was also decent. We didn’t feel rushed, but we also didn’t have to sit around for too long waiting for our food. Overall, Le White Rabbit was a very positive experience. Good food, reasonable prices, decent wait time, and enough variety on the menu for everyone to find something they enjoy. Based on our visit, I would definitely recommend it and would be happy to come back again to try more dishes.

This is a fun place. I took the bavette twice and it was very good. Service is friendly and prompt. At least we have something fun to go to in Mail Champlain!

Went for the Canada Morroco game as they told us they would be playing it. They did, but with no sound. Probably the worst salad ive had. Super unfortunate given I went there4 days prior and had a good experience
