Don’t let the negative reviews scare you off. Le White Rabbit ended up being one of our favorite meals from F1 weekend. We originally picked it because it was close to our hotel and convenient after a long day, but it turned out to be way better than we expected. We ordered the fried raviolis, wagyu dumplings, pork ribs, broccoli purée soup, and the White Rabbit poutine. Honestly, the poutine was unreal. Super rich and comforting without being too heavy, and definitely not your typical poutine. Everything we tried was really good. What made the night stand out though was Camille. She checked in at all the right moments, gave great recommendations, and somehow managed to be attentive without hovering over the table. The service felt natural and genuine, not forced or overly polished. You could tell she actually cared that people were having a good experience. The whole place had a fun energy, especially during the F1 rush, and the staff handled it really well. We left full, happy, and already talking about coming back next time we’re in town. If you’re staying in Brossard during F1 weekend, I’d definitely recommend giving this spot a try, and if you can, ask for Camille.
