Such a beautiful experience. We were greeted outside by the hostess who walked us to our table, which already felt so welcoming. The olive tree inside the restaurant was such a special touch. it honestly reminded me of my hometown in Málaga. We came on their Latin night and it was amazing, the energy and music were incredible. Our server Angelica was so sweet and made the night even better. Amazing food, beautiful atmosphere, and such a fun vibe. I can’t wait to come back.

We were visiting Montréal from L.A and were referred to Pangea by a local friend, and even some friends of ours from New York insisted we had to try it — and they were absolutely right. From the moment we walked in, you could feel the energy of the place. The staff were incredibly welcoming and you can genuinely tell they love the establishment and take pride in what they do. The food was fantastic. We started with a few appetizers to share and everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The mains were just as impressive — perfectly cooked and full of Mediterranean flavors. The cocktails were also excellent and paired perfectly with the meal. What really stood out was the service. The team was attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience feel special without being over the top. It felt like everyone working there truly enjoys being part of Pangea. The atmosphere is amazing — elegant but still lively. It’s the perfect place to start with dinner and end the night enjoying the music and vibe. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Montréal. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing time at Pangea! The energy was incredible and their Latino nights on Saturday are seriously next level 🔥 The music, the vibe, the crowd — everything was on point.Huge shoutout to our bartender Paulo who made the night even better. Super friendly, attentive, and made great drinks all night. You can tell he really cares about making sure everyone has a good time.If you’re looking for a fun Saturday night with great Latino music and an unforgettable atmosphere, Pangea is the place to be.

Hello Ramin, our Table d’hôte menu includes a choice of appetizer, a main course and a dessert. Your choice of wild mushroom ragu ravioli with truffle oil is a full bowl of pasta and we have receives many 5 star reviews from our guests. WARNING: Do not go here. You will get extorted. I felt extorted by the short bartender with a man bun and a beard. After paying $55 for 2 drinks, 1 double gin and tonic, 1 single, bar rail (plus tip) he demanded I tip more. Last time I checked, there is no mandatory standard for tipping in Montreal. He claimed I had to tip 18%, meanwhile the service was HORRIBLE. I had to wait 10 minutes for my drinks because he was having a conversation with other people while serving me. If you expect a standard tip, I expect the standard level of service in which I actually get attended to without having to wait an absurd amount of time. He threatened to manually add the tip to my next order, essentially forcing me to pay for something that is NOT legally mandatory, while providing sub-par service. We made our way out when he was distracted serving bottles to the table next to us and dancing as I felt I would be confronted. Pangea, if it wasn’t already obvious, here is something to think about — maybe you should pay your employees a living wage so they don’t need to rely on customers tipping 18%. It will help you retain business. Place was cool though! Guy at the door, awesome. I’d tip 18% if I knew a cut was going to him.

We take any concern regarding guest experience and staff conduct very seriously. The situation you described was reviewed internally with our team and addressed directly with the staff involved. To clarify, tipping is not mandatory at Pangea, and no guest should ever feel pressured or uncomfortable in that regard. While gratuities are always appreciated in hospitality, they remain entirely at the discretion of the guest. We would like to clarify that our team members are compensated in accordance with Québec labor standards and hospitality wage regulations. Gratuities are never mandatory and are not used to replace fair wages. Any suggestion that our staff rely on forced tipping or that guests are expected to subsidize wages is inaccurate. While tips are appreciated when service meets expectations, they remain entirely at the guest’s discretion. That said, we are glad to hear you enjoyed the venue itself and had a positive interaction with our door staff. Thank you

Celebrated a bachelorette weekend here! Though it was a slow/quiet Sunday night(would have been easy to feel like staff wanted to get us out quick to go home) they made the experience one of the best I’ve received! Julian (GM) took care of us and his service & attention to detail was outstanding! One of the most professional dinner services I’ve received; our cocktails were OUT OF THIS WORLD, food was fresh & delicious, and he took the time to share details about his cocktail creations, answer all of our many questions and show how passionate he is about customer service. It was truly special. Highly recommend going in for special occasions! Thanks again for everything!

We had an incredible experience at Pangea! We were served by Julian and you could tell that he put a lot of love into each drink that he made. He made the whole experience very special for us. The ambiance, lighting, and seating were perfect. And the roasted stuffed salmon was super tasty. We will definitely be back!! 100% recommend.
