The staff provided great service and were very attentive, which I appreciated. However, the attention to detail was disappointing. My first drink was served in a glass with three visible cracks, and my second drink had floaters in it. These issues raised concerns about cleanliness and quality control. While the staff was pleasant and helpful, I expected a much higher standard of care when it came to the drinks being served. Hopefully, management will address these issues to ensure a better experience for future guests.

I RSVP'ed by email for the Ryan Castro after-party (September 9th) and your staff confirmed it. It seems they do not know who Ryan Castro is or how he dresses, as I was denied entry for wearing Levi's jean shorts. The bouncer told me he would let me in if I Interac e-Transfered him money. Instead, I simply took an Uber to another club, where I bought two bottles. Your bouncer prefers to squeeze extra cash from your customers at the expense of your business generating actual revenue.

The male bartender with blonde hair is a scammer. Charged me 30$ for a cranberry vodka. When I ordered from the girl bartender previously the same drinks, it cost me 16$ without tip. Never again. How can you conduct business this way is beyond me.

I went for r&b bingo. The music was NOT r&b. The variation of their menu could be a lot better. The service sucked. I had to ask the bus boy to put in my order afyer the waitress said she was coming right back... 1 hr later.... Then i had to get my own drink. So dont expect much!

I celebrated my birthday at Pandora Supper Club, and it honestly couldn’t have been better. The staff went out of their way to make the night feel special, and they even surprised me with complimentary drinks, which really made my day. The service was amazing from start to finish, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect for celebrating. Thank you to the whole team for making my birthday so memorable. I’ll definitely be back!

Had a great time at Pandora Supper Club. The service was excellent—everyone was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without being over the top. The food was honestly amazing and probably the best part of the night. Everything came out fresh, tasted great, and was really well prepared. The atmosphere and music made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great night out.

The experience was really unprofessional. The food was burnt. It felt like we were buying food from Dollarama And when I showed them they didn’t even consider giving me it free, they were going to make me pay. half my friends were going to get a stomach bug because of how bad the steak was done .Everyone payed 100$ for uncooked food . Some of the people on my table didn’t even receive their food , didn’t even get dessert on the group menu .should be more like a bar than a restaurant. Never stepping a foot in that place .

Regardless, our team acted immediately to clean the situation and offered your table a complimentary round of shooters as a gesture of goodwill. Place overated... pictures on the internet are way better than the place itself. I don't know if the kitchen fan wasn't working right, but the place was full of steak smoke, that much, that it bother all my group. Food ok, service ok, atmosphere ok, price ok, but not more than ok... I won't go back and won't refer it either...

I was really excited to spend a night out with my girls, but the experience didn’t quite match my expectations. The good first: the DJ was great — from Afrobeats to hip‑hop to Bad Bunny, the music was dope. Now the rest: service was very slow, and it honestly felt like there was only one waitress for the whole place. You really need patience. I ordered the cassava and shrimp as a starter — the taste was nice, but the presentation was lacking. For my main, I asked for a medium steak and received one that was completely undercooked. My cocktail also missed the mark and tasted more like an iced tea mix than an actual cocktail. At that point I kept it simple and asked for a beer, but they only had one option available. Overall, I wasn’t a fan of my dining experience, but the music and dance floor were fun.
