Okay, it wasn’t horrible, but it wasn’t fabulous either. The dumplings weren’t great, they were cold inside and overcooked + dry; I make better dumplings myself. The ramen soup was cold, and the noodles were stuck together and felt undercooked. The sauces were great, and the creamy udon mac and cheese was delicious. The service was just okay, but the staff seemed new, so considering that, they did fine. I won’t complain. We shared everything, and I was a bit disappointed. The eggs were cooked perfectly, but the mushrooms in the soup were cold, the broth was cold, and the ramen noodles were sticky. The pork, however, was delicious. I think I’ll give it one more try to see if this was just an unfortunate moment or the usual experience. If my second visit is better, I’ll definitely update this rating and share my satisfaction. The concept is good, so I hope they keep it up! Food 2/5, atmosphere 3/5 we were alone, service idk/5.
