It was my favorite pizza but they no longer offer vegan cheese 😩 Please offer it again!! Edit: Oh my god!! Just saw your reply and I’m so happy. When I called, it sounded like it wouldn’t be offered again. It’s my favorite pizza! I crave it all the time so I’m glad it’s back! Thanks

Hi Annik, we have it again! We were probably out of stock when you called, but we have it now. I hope you'll order again! (You can order for delivery on our website and leave a note saying you want vegan cheese)

Pan American is always a great and comforting spot. I’ve been here a few times but honestly take out or Uber Eats is pretty great as well. I ordered the double pepperoni and it didn’t disappoint. SO MUCH PEPPERONI! I love the crispy bits! I also ordered the Caesar salad which was great, fresh crisp lettuce, creamy dressing and bacon bits. A good spot for some greasy filling pizza.

Wow, the vibes here have really changed. The pizza was still quite good, but it’s worth knowing that Pan American must be going with a new businesses model. I’ve been here many times and it was totally different from the usual restaurant vibes that I’ve come to expect. The pizza was great, but don’t expect it to be how it used to. Firstly, there are no waiters anymore, you just pay up front at the till. The staff don’t serve or interact with you anymore really, it was just a few teenagers in the back hanging out and doing their own thing jamming to the same Spotify playlist on repeat, no attention given to guests. Felt like eating in a Dominos rather than a restaurant. They also don’t serve alcohol anymore, which was unexpected as they always used to have wine and beer. And when the food finally arrived, it was served on plastic cafeteria lunch trays? The food used to be served on actual dishes by a waiter, so again, unexpected. There were two other tables there and they were both upset about this - the guy right next to us had brought a business partner and was apologizing saying that it used to be an actual restaurant. Behind them was a couple that was vocal about being disappointed with their date night. The pizza itself was still great, flavourful and a great texture. The pepperoni used to come with a ranch dipping sauce and didn’t this time but that’s fine. You should eat here, it’s good pizza. But don’t be expecting to eat at a sit down restaurant with service. I was quite disappointed by the experience but I’m glad the pizza is still solid. But to be honest, I will probably not eat here in person again. I might order, but part of the appeal was eating at a pizza spot with great service and vibes. Again, you should try this pizza. But probably not the ideal spot for a date night or something like that.

Hi Gavin, we were surprised by the 2 stars since it isn`t usual. To address the change, the restaurant went through a change of administration during January which was subtle because the restaurant stayed very close to what it was at it's core. There was less service when you visited us, because we wanted to make sure everything was perfect before bringing it back and we were able to to do this this week. So, from now on, you get seated, a waiter brings you water and menus, we take your order, you have starters, entrees and desert all on ''real dishes'' and at the end you'll pay at your table. All while listening to good music that fits the overall comfortable and old school vibe of the dining room. Everything else, reservations aren't back yet because we wanted to have a softer opening, but they will be back in the next few weeks. About the alcool, since the restaurant changed partners, we have to apply for a new license. We will bring back wine, beer and cocktails, but it will only be back in 2-3 months. About the ranch, we still have and offer it to customers on demand. We stopped giving it automatically, because this would create a lot of food waste since a lot of people would'nt use it. Just ask for ranch and we'll give you ranch. Side note, I wanted to mention that the ''teenagers'' that you bring up we're actually my partner and I. We are both 20 years old and used to work in the kitchen for the past 2 years and then decided to partner up with Danny StPierre to run the restaurant. We're new business owners and we've been working on improving every aspect of the restaurant, we just need time to bring everything we want for our guests. We're sorry you didn't have a better experience. As a 2nd chance, we'd love to have you back, on us. Like that maybe we could change your opinion/review you have about us. There still wouldn't be alcool, but there would be good music, good food and good service. Send us an email at [email protected] is you'd be interested.
