On October 28, I decided to place an order for take out using the restaurant’s website. I received the following message : Palais Maharaja Palace: Thanks for your order! It’s confirmed and will be ready in ~40 min. I showed up 35 minutes later at the restaurant and the nice lady told me she didn’t have any record of the order and it would take another 40 minutes for them to have it ready. Meanwhile, two other customers were in the same situation after ordering using their website! Like in previous experiences, food was good (Channa Samosa and combo DD), although rice was cold and the 2 gulab jamun desserts that were supposed to come with combo DD were missing.

My experience at Palais Maharaja 2 in Montreal was extremely disappointing. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and lacked basic customer service etiquette. To make matters worse, the food served to us did not seem fresh at all. When customers pay for a meal, the bare minimum they expect is fresh food, respectful treatment, and decent service. Unfortunately, this restaurant failed on all three counts. What makes the situation even more concerning is the way management responds to negative reviews. Rather than acknowledging customers' concerns or showing any willingness to improve, they seem quick to dismiss complaints as "fake reviews" or accuse reviewers of being jealous.

The worst service I ever had in Montreal. The staff is rude here, even if you ask a simple question, they get angry on you. They gave me a BURNT Naan, and when I asked to replace it, they rudely threw the Naan on our table. So disgustful of them. I would never ever suggest this restaurant.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. What should have been an enjoyable dining experience turned into a frustrating and unpleasant situation because of the staff’s rude attitude specially girl staff in front, disrespectful behavior, and lack of professionalism. The way customers are treated says a lot about a restaurant’s values and management. Unfortunately, the behavior of the staff made me feel that customer satisfaction and basic respect were not priorities. Customers visit restaurants expecting good food, a welcoming atmosphere, and courteous service—not to feel uncomfortable, ignored, or disrespected by the very people who are supposed to serve them. Never visit again because of girl staff behavior.. I request to All better to eat any place not this restaurant.

We came in, the place was empty, only one server was working and hosting, it took her 15 minutes to seat us, all the tables were empty, only one other table had 4 people on it. She told us to seat ourselves, 15 minutes later she brings the menus and water without cups. We waited 20 minutes and she did not come back to take our orders although no other customers were in the restaurant, so we left and she didn't even flinch on our way out. The empty tables had firty plates on them that were not cleaned up and she didn't care.

Ordered a BOGO deal butter chicken off doodash, noticed they dilluted with water to save on cost. The texture was very watery rather than creamy. Avoid them at all cost!

Worst thali and taste of my entire life … ordered from uber eats. I was hungry for 8 hours and then thali had poor packaging , no cutlery was given no spoons . Rice and salad was mixed. Worst was chhole curry too much salt that one could vomit , i tried to eat it with rice because i was hungry and it was 2 am in night but i could eat it . Never order from this place. Naan was too cold and one can not chew it. It was my banana and apple that saved me.
