Went to Palais d'Ajit after 5 years had same taste and wonderful service.
Everything was phenomenal. We had the samosa chaat, garlic and regular naan, salad and the chicken Karachi and lamb curry. Lamb was melt in your mouth, all the flavors of all the food were just top notch. Definitely worth the drive.

We have been living near this place for 3 years and we always walked passed it but never went it because it didnt look that special HOWEVER, we finally went couple of weeks ago and we were happily surprised and even became our favorite indian place in montreal !!! Family vibe with amazing flavors !
Best indian food in the area! We got the samosas, butter chicken, chicken korma, and chicken tikka masala, with rice and garlic naan. Everything felt very authentic and delicious! Highly recommend!

Always really good food
Shortly visited a friend in Verdun and decided to get takeout from here. A very wise choice lmao. It was so good. I'm tempted to visit more just to get something from this place again. When I went to collect my order I had forgotten my card to pay and they happily waited for me to return. There was one lady who didn't speak English but quickly understood I didn't speak any other language and all went really well. Would recommend it if you're in the mood for it.
Work in the area and heard good things so decided to try for myself at lunch. The inside ambiance are nothing special, a little dark and dated, but warm and also authentic. Upon entering you are pretty quickly greeted and welcomed warmly by the staff and you can pick your own table. After speaking with the waitress I decided to go with veggie samosas and the butter chicken thali plate. I was feeling ambitious. I thought the samosas were delicious. The are extremely heartly, dense with filling and pretty heavy in a good of of well seasoned and rich but 2 before a main is a lot and I can eat. Now the main event was also excellent. Thalli plate comes with assortment of small portions of butter chicken, curry , papadam, naan, rice, a tandori chicken leg and a little salad. Everything was delicious, the tandori chicken in particular stood out for me but the naan and butter chicken was great as well. They can lose the salad but it doesnt hurt. Overall it came pretty quickly, was fresh , tasty, great portion sizes and variety. I was happy with service, food and reasonable price. Ill be back.
This restaurant is a hidden gem, modest appearance (outdoors and indoors both) but excellent food and service!!!! Family vibe. Far superior to restaurants in the same category, BYOB too.
