Took an hour to make a poutine, refused to refund when asked, even before receiving the food, also didn't warn for the extended waiting time before ordering.

Food in itself was not terrible but pretty overpriced for the quality. However, what truly shocked me was the lack of care shown by the staff. The restaurant was a mess, though almost empty, and the workers did absolutely nothing to fix it. None of them smiled and they simply seemed done. Definetly sad. Would not recommand.
