Service was standout: Sheldon managed the room seamlessly as a one-man host, bartender, and server, all while remaining attentive and welcoming. The food arrived at a comfortable pace and exceeded expectations. The penne featured a vibrant basil flavour with a perfectly crisp, gratinéed cheese topping. The meat lasagna was exceptional—rich, well-balanced, and cooked al dente (easily one of the best we’ve had). Even the burger, though slightly small, was prepared exactly to preference, and the fries were outstanding. The space is stylish yet relaxed, with thoughtful details like linen tablecloths and a cohesive, modern aesthetic. Pricing is very reasonable for a downtown location near Old Montreal. A small note for improvement: the washroom setup could be refined, as it felt a bit cramped and was missing soap during our visit.
