Unfortunately my experience on the 14th of July wasn’t great. I had ordered on Uber Eats my usual order of the Ozbox and was looking forward to it since I hadn’t ate all day. When I received my toppings on my rocks were missing. I was utterly shocked and disappointed.

My kids savour their chicken on the rocks. I would give it 8/10. The spice at medium is best if you can handle heat.

We had such a great experience at Osmow’s Shawarma today thanks to one of the staff members there. The Punjabi gentleman who helped us went absolutely above and beyond with his service. He was extremely kind, patient, welcoming, and made sure we were comfortable throughout. It’s rare to come across customer service this genuine and positive these days. His attitude and behaviour truly made our visit better. Thank you for the amazing hospitality! Employees like him are a huge reason customers come back!
