We had such a great experience at Osmow’s Shawarma today thanks to one of the staff members there. The Punjabi gentleman who helped us went absolutely above and beyond with his service. He was extremely kind, patient, welcoming, and made sure we were comfortable throughout. It’s rare to come across customer service this genuine and positive these days. His attitude and behaviour truly made our visit better. Thank you for the amazing hospitality! Employees like him are a huge reason customers come back!

My salade was dry no sauce meat had alot of fat last time ordering from here and am Lebanese… worst shawarma in mtl dont wast your money on this goyslop

I really enjoyed my visit here. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt cozy and welcoming, and everything looked spotless. The staff were attentive and made sure we were comfortable without being overwhelming. The food stood out the most—everything tasted fresh, full of flavor, and was presented beautifully. Great experience at this restaurant! The place is clean, welcoming, and the staff are very friendly. The food was delicious, well presented, and clearly made with fresh ingredients. You can really tell they care about both the quality of the dishes and the service. The atmosphere is warm and enjoyable. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back!
