I’m a regular customer on DoorDash and always select “Scorchin’ Hot,” the highest spice level available. However, over my last few orders, I’ve noticed that they don’t pay attention to the selected spice level at all. My food keeps arriving with little to no sauce. Today, October 25, 2026, at around 7:15 PM, I called the restaurant to report this recurring issue and simply ask them to pay more attention to the spice levels. Unfortunately, the employee who answered was extremely rude and defensive, telling me he wasn’t the cook and that it wasn’t his responsibility. When I tried to explain the situation, he simply hung up on me. I ask management to review this call, if recorded, and properly train their employees on basic customer service. There’s no reason for a customer to be treated this way, especially when politely reporting a recurring issue.

We’re truly sorry that your food repeatedly arrived with little to no sauce and didn’t reflect the spice level you selected. These Osmow's restaurants are going to drive me crazy; you pay 17 dollars for a large, but they give you this tiny little thing. It’s unacceptable—I feel ripped off, and it makes me furious. No one should ever give them their money.

I ordered tonight for a delivery it’s been more than an hour. The app showed that the delivery has been completed but still I don’t have my food. If you can’t make deliveries make it clear and I expect a refund!!! It’s unacceptable and dishonest. Kindly don’t put a phone number for customers to call you if you don’t intend to pick up the phone!
