I would like to formally report an issue regarding a cashier named Marwa.When I arrived to pick up my order, I politely stated my name. In response, Marwa made an inappropriate facial expression that made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism.Customer service includes not only words but also gestures and facial expressions. Staff members should maintain respectful body language at all times, especially when interacting with customers.I kindly ask that this matter be addressed and that Marwa be reminded to control her gestures and facial expressions to ensure a positive experience for customers.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Food is good but service needs work: I ordered a plate for 25$, waited 20min (no one called my order) after going to ask at the counter, it turns out my order was ready for a while just getting cold sitting there. I asked to have it replaced because it became cold and they did but it wasted my time and the portion was not generous (compared to wasting my time twice). Needs a lot of work, the young lady Wednesday night was doing a bad job pls talk to her, I’m sure it’s her fault and not the kitchen

Original Shawarma is hands down one of the best spots in town! The food is absolutely addictive — every bite is packed with flavor, fresh ingredients, and perfectly seasoned meat. I dont know why they give wrong wait times. I called ahead and asked for when i should come specifically so im not late and the lady on the phone said my order would be ready in 15 minutes. I get there 25 minutes after and they still made me wait for another 20 minutes The staff were rude, the girl handing out the orders looks like she hates her life very unpleasant The food is not bad this is a joke!
