Food is good but the order was wrong and the person on the phone says that she got the order right and I was the one in the wrong I ordered one plate with mix fries and rice and one only fries and got TWO with just rice

Food was good but did not receive what I ordered. After a 40 minute drive home from the restaurant and was disappointed to see that I got normal amount of chicken Shawarma with just rice. When I ordered extra chicken with Fries and Garlic potatoes. To all customers, double check your food before leaving the restaurant.

The fried chicken was very good the quantity was very good but later is very bad before we eat good 20 pieces for 64$ is good but now 20 small pieces and too much French fries I am not paying for fries please adjust this or we won’t come with my family and friends anymore thanks

Very good location. We tried the ones in Ontario before, but it’s the first time we came to the MTL one, but without any regrets. The food is really tasty. Love their mandi rice & bbq chicken. Their shawarma as well was excellent. Will definitely come back

The food i ordered Francisco chicken it was delicious, the shisha is good but the service is very bad , I was calling and calling for someone to set us, then when they come ,the first thing they say you can't set more than 2 hours !! And that was my first time coming there , the place is small and the table are really close to each other. The waitress is not friendly and they don't show up . They made our visit very bad 👎 . If there us anything I can do is to change service .

I usually order from this restaurant 2–3 times a month. I really like this place and I’ve been a customer since their very first branch in Toronto. I normally get the lamb mandi along with a chicken shawarma wrap, and it’s usually good. This time, the lamb mandi was unavailable, so I ordered chicken mandi instead, along with the chicken shawarma wrap. When I got home, the chicken had a very unpleasant smell — it smelled off and not fresh at all. I honestly couldn’t eat it, so I ended up giving it to my cat. I want to mention something important: during the last summer I ordered from here, I got a chicken shawarma wrap that had a metal pin inside. I spoke to the manager at the time, but there was no real reaction. I chose not to leave a bad review back then because I understand something like this could happen in any restaurant. However, this time I feel they really need to take this seriously. I like this restaurant, but they need to pay attention to these issues for their own sake and for their customers. I’m spending my money here, and I expect better quality and safety. Overall, I hope they improve their quality control.

The lineup to get your food once your number is called is crazy and your fighting for space even with door dash Uber eats delivery people. Should have at least something to seperate clients eating on site vs pickups
