I ordered a chicken tama on two occasions and compared to the Monkland location it has way less sauce and one time almost no chicken (just skin, no meat). The staff here should go see how the other location on Monkland makes their onigiri. This new location is closer for me so I was excited when it opened but the Monkland location’s quality is so so much better!

Thank you very much for bringing this to our attention. We will definitely look into the chicken`s quality and sauce. We will make sure all staff will maintain the same quantity and quality of our Onigiris.
