My usual spot for my daughter and I once a week. Today I was fairly surprised and shocked. While I was in a work call, I asked the employee to put the ongiris and soya sauce in a bag. She proceeded to tell me it’s not her job and she doesn’t have too. I found her to be extremely rude and disrespectful. This is not how you should be treating clients especially regulars who come often

Love the onigiris and the workers are super friendly and provide excellent service! Always love coming back here, especially since it is close to school. A great quick meal or snack!

We took 5 onigiris but one of them wasn't the right one. And some were disappointing. My favourite was the tuna and wakame. The salmon luxe was okay. And my boyfriend didn't really like any of the ones he had. But the service was great and the ambiance was nice also.

What a lovely place with great food and a calm/laid-out atmosphere. Andy was so kind and so patient explaining the menu and offering us options. We dined in and can’t say enough great things about the service we received from Andy and Heidi!

I recently visited Onigiri Shop and it was such a great experience. The atmosphere is super cozy and welcoming—the music, the decor, and the overall vibe make the place feel really special. Everything was also incredibly clean, which always makes a big difference. The staff was fantastic: friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The service was truly A+. As for the food, the onigiri were amazing. My favorites were the tuna, salmon, and avocado—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. We also tried the edamame, which were delicious, and the miso soup, which was warm and comforting. The drinks were also great—very refreshing and full of flavor. Overall, it’s a lovely spot with great food, a beautiful atmosphere, and excellent service. Definitely a place I’d happily go back to.

The place feels cozy , the staff is super welcoming and most important the onigiri are to die for i ordered the spicy tuna it was big, delicious definitely going to always come after school to eat 😋

This is the cutest place the food is so good and the staff even more incredible. I had a photography project and they let me take a couple pictures!! They were so kind I absolutely love this place and can't wait to be back!!!

The FOOOOOD! OMG, the food was fresh and tasty and in perfect portions, and so many choices! If you like Japanese food at all, you need to go there. The service was warm, quick, efficient and professional. Will be going back.

This is a VSL gem! I've only been there 3 times but I must say the staff (extremely welcoming and sweet) stands out just as much as the food itself. This is my go to for onigiris, highly recommended for sit down or on the go. Shoutout Rice Life! Ok bye.

Love visiting this Onigiri restaurant once a week with my toddler daughter! She gets to sit at the counter bar and watch the chefs prepare onigiri & all meals. Super clean, friendly staff and reasonable price - highly recommend this spot 🩷
