amazing food, the food feels fresh and real, they are very quick even when its packed, the vibe is nice with the backround music, the workers are very nice and patient and the chairs are comfortable i recommend a lot! thank u for the sevice :)

Very beautiful decor, I had the miso soup which was so flavorful! Also a bowl with salmon, avocado, egg and cucumber. It was delicious and fresh. We also took the 3 pcx chicken karaage and it was very tender and crispy. We also had the Dalgona match coco and it was very refreshing. A great addition to NDG, definitely recommend 👌

Beautiful new location, awesome owner who really cares about the customer's experience, staff that care about the product and seem to be fully bought into whether or not the customer is happy with the food and the atmosphere. Was there during the world cup 3rd-lace play-off and the owner had made space for people to come in and watch and the staff was handing out water (lemon-infused water no less, nice touch!) Their onigiri is on point, nice beverage options including chilled tea infusions and very good miso soup. Got into a conversation about the Nori they used and found out just how much the owner cares about the specifics of his food, and that one staff member in particular has lots of experience with onigiri. Will be going back often!

Amazing experience! The onigiri are always fresh, flavorful, and made with high-quality ingredients. The portions are generous, the prices are fair, and the service is fast and friendly. Everything tastes authentic, and you can really tell that care goes into every order. Definitely one of my favorite spots in Montreal for a quick and delicious meal. Highly recommended! 🍙🇯🇵

Absolutely loved this O in nigiri shop! The onigiri were incredibly fresh, flavorful, and made with high-quality ingredients. The rice was perfectly seasoned, and every filling was delicious. It's great! Food takes a little to arrive, but it's always great in presentation and taste. The music can be a little loud, but the decor makes up for it very well. Overall, an amazing experience that I recommend to any interested passerby

Thank you Angela for your honest review. We're glad you had a good experience at our shop. For the music, you are right, the section where you were standing it's a bit louder as it is where the main speaker is, we call it the party section. If you'd like a quieter experience, we recommend you try our cozy section where there are no speakers, and just soothing lights. You will still hear the music, but it won't be as loud. Also, feel free to ask someone to lower the music a bit as some songs on the play list are louder than others, and some customers ask us to raise the volume a bit sometimes. Lastly, thank you for noticing and complimenting the decor.

We recently made a visit to Montreal from Vancouver BC and had the pleasure of eating at Onigiri Restaurant. As a Japanese food lover especially onigiris we were very impressed with the quality and the delicious food. The onigiris were very impressive in size and the presentation was very pleasant and thoughtful. We highly recommend going there. Wish there was one like it in Vancouver. Amazing atmosphere, super clean, tidy, and welcoming. The owner is incredibly kind and truly cares about the customers. The food is delicious, and out of all the branches, I highly recommend this location. You can tell they focus on quality and great service. So happy I found this spot. Highly recommended!
