Great dishes and a very warm, welcoming service. The only issue is that some of your employees don’t seem to speak English or French very well, which makes communication difficult. Also, sometimes when we ask for additions to our dishes, we’re told it’s not possible because it’s not in the register system. The staff often look a bit confused (likely due to the language barrier) and are very rigid about this. Everyone is kind and polite, just not very proactive in finding solutions. I even politely suggested they check with their manager, but the cashier just looked at me with a big question mark and didn’t respond, which made the situation a bit awkward. That said, the food is genuinely excellent and the atmosphere is lovely, so I’d definitely come back and hope to see things improve over time.
