Visited on January 27, 2026 at 4:37 PM. We initially ordered two onidon, one with extra salmon, with cashier #1. However, we were charged for the extra salmon without the onidon itself. Later, the manager noticed the mistake and apologized, asking us to pay for the onidon that was never charged. That was fine. But after paying, we realized they charged the extra salmon AGAIN, meaning we were double charged.... We then had a long, exhausting back and forth with cashier #3, explaining multiple times that the extra salmon was charged twice. He struggled to understand the issue, while cashier #1 (who took the original order) just stood there and made zero effort to help. Eventually, cashier #3 agreed to refund the difference but said he couldn’t refund to the card and instead handed us cash. Here’s the worst part: 👉 There was a disgusting, curled dark hair stuck to the cash he handed us‼️⁉️🤮🤢 He walked away without apologizing. When I called him back and pointed out the hair and the obvious hygiene issue, his response was simply: “ok.” No apology. No concern. No accountability. This place has serious issues with hygiene, billing accuracy, and staff attitude. Double check your bill carefully, and honestly...be cautious about cleanliness. They clearly don’t care.
