Good quality onigiris. It’s been quite hard to find decent Asian food in the Eastern Townships, so I stopped by while passing through. The menu was massive (nearly 40 varieties), and I tried the Salmon luxe, Ebi tempura, and the Ikura onigiri along with a side of mini ramen. The salmon and shrimp tempura were my favorites. I appreciated that each was served at the appropriate rice temperature. Warm rice for the tempura, and slightly cooler, lukewarm rice for the salmon to preserve the texture of the fish. It’s a small detail, but one that’s usually overlooked at similar spots in the U.S. The ramen and Ikura onigiri were just okay, but I’d definitely brake for the others if I’m passing through the neighborhood again.
