Service is good, the kids are super sweet but i took a tuna avocado poke bowl... the portion of tuna is so little and disappointing. For 18$ i was expecting more.

Awesome experience, got the salmon and Unagi Onigiri and they were fire. Miso soup was very comforting. But most importantly, the cute Romanian guy who hand crafted my onigiri balls is a legend. I will remember you for ever Matt Stefan 🙇‍♀️

The onigiri is flavourless and bland, the tuna is some of the worst most foul tasting tuna I’ve ever had, the nori is soft instead of crunchy and the rice is just gross. Ever since they opened multiple locations it fell off hard. Honestly the worst onigiri I’ve ever had in every sense. Do yourself a favour and go try a real onigiri at the japanese cafe closeby. Really disappointing, the only silver lining is that the staff are extremely nice.

The onigiri literally have no flavour. You have to douse it in soy sauce to taste anything.

Taste was as great as other branches, but onigiris were not properly pressed and broke down. Also was given food as take away even if I was eating in. Did get my free mochi though, very tasty.
