A heads-up for regular customers: sets mean smaller portions! I buy individual onigiri here all the time (usually 3–4 pieces). I’ve always been happy with them — good size, great taste, and consistent quality. Today I came in and decided to get a large set of 12 onigiri (3 boxes with 4 pieces each), and it was a complete disappointment. The onigiri in the set were visibly about 1.5 times smaller than usual. As you can see in the photos, the plastic containers used are identical — in other photos, 3 standard-sized onigiri completely fill up the box with no extra room, whereas mine were so small that all 4 fit inside easily! It seems like the place decided to cut corners and is just serving "mini versions" instead of a good-value combo. It's really disappointing to see regular customers get shrunk-down portions like this. I definitely won't be buying sets here again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone else.
