I understand that seeing my employee without shoes felt inappropriate, and I take full responsibility for that. While our space embraces a relaxed and alternative atmosphere, this situation was exceptional, as it is not common at Om Plante and is not aligned with our usual standards.
I have addressed it with the team to ensure it does not happen again.
That said, as a small independent business, a one-star review has a significant impact on us—especially when the issue was something we could have corrected immediately if it had been brought to our attention during your visit.
We always aim to offer a thoughtful and positive experience, and we genuinely appreciate when guests share their impressions, but we hope they can reflect the overall experience in a balanced way.
