What guests say about Olympia Grille Restaurant
Reviews are mixed, but many customers really like the food, describing it as tasty, authentic, and sometimes very good for buffets or large groups. The service often receives positive comments, especially when the team is attentive and well organized, but the reception staff at the front desk is often criticized for lacking politeness or transparency. In short, it is a place worth considering for the cuisine and group bookings, but the experience can vary depending on the service at the entrance.

The food is absolutely delicious and the atmosphere is wonderful. This is one of my favorite restaurants, and I often come here with my family to enjoy a meal together. The tasty food, beautiful environment, and always make the experience special.
I love this place! The food and environment are excellent, and the portions are huge with a delicious, home-cooked taste. The prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get. The atmosphere is wonderful, and they have a very nice party/wedding hall that is perfect for special events. The entire team at Olympia Grille is incredible—the staff are so friendly and always at your service. What truly makes this place special is the owner, Abdul bhai. He is such a good gentleman who is always there, working hard to serve you better and better. He personally checks in to make sure everything is perfect. As a bonus, the parking lot is big and free, with plenty of designated spots for people with disabilities, making it very accessible. That level of care and hospitality makes this a 5-star experience! 🙂
Amazing Indian open buffet! The biryani and butter chicken were absolutely delicious — full of flavor and fresh. Everything was tasty with lots of variety to choose from. Friendly staff and great service made the experience even better. They also have a nice room for events and gatherings. Highly recommended — will definitely come back again!Raavi was amazing
Food was delicious we order BBQ platter and chicken Karahi both dishes are well cooked.
Amir service is very good 👍
I had a good experience at this restaurant. The food was tasty and the service was generally good—the staff were friendly and attentive. The owner was also kind and made a positive impression. However, there were a couple of things that could be improved. The lady at the reception counter came across as having an unfriendly attitude, which affected the first impression. Also, the tip was added to the bill without asking first. It would be better if customers were informed or asked before including it. Overall, it’s a nice place to eat, but a bit more transparency and a warmer welcome would make the experience even better.
Excellent food
Nice Restaurant and good service.
Excellent service and food is very tasty
We booked a hall for an engagement ceremony for my sister and Mr Hassnain and staff provided an excellent service, with easy communication, great food, and full support. Very wonderful environment and team. Thank you for making sure my family and friends had a wonderful time.
Garbage restaurant with garbage service and plus garbage food and too oily and bad taste. I woundn’t refer to anyone to eat in this garbage restaurant.
One of most disgusting services and as well crap food that I ever eaten in this restaurant. No any recomendation to anyone to try the food from this restaurant.

Tried to make a reservation in French and got hung up on and my grandparents tried to do the same when they only speak French and got the same response as me.No respect for elderly people and for anyone
The restaurant has an intimate feel. Its great for large groups too. The food is authentic and flavourful. They have all kinds: Mediterranean, Indian, and their specialty Pakistani food. The staff was kind and attentive. I’ll be coming back next time I celebrate anything.
Their food always hits the spot. Hard working folks. Always worth it eating here.
They are the best! The food was excellent and the waitresses are very kind
Terrible experience
Very good food & affordable buffet in Montreal
We went back there for my birthday - a group of around 20 people. The organisation was awesome, the service was excellent and the food was top of the class. Super tasty. The goat curry was simply Wow!! The chicken biryani, awesome!! We will surely go back there again. Hats off to the manager Ravi who always makes the booking, and organization process so smooth.
Essentially everything was going good, but when we went to pay the girl tipped herself?? Like I was essentially going to tip but ??? And she barely came to see us when we were eating. Ridiculous. Not going again.
The best Reception ever ..
Food was okay. Nothing spectacular. However what i didn't like was that there weren't enough options. No beef or chicken kabab. Good but don't think I'll be back
Top-Tier Grill, Bottom-Tier Hospitality If you’re heading to Olympia Grille in DDO, come for the food, but stay for the "selective seating" masterclass. We visited last night with the kids, hoping for a nice family dinner. The place was buzzing, but things got interesting when we asked for an empty corner table. The receptionist—who clearly runs the show—gave us the "reserved for a large party" line and shunted us elsewhere. Imagine my shock when that "large party" turned out to be just four white people. Apparently, at this establishment, four people are "larger" depending on the color of their skin. The Breakdown The Food: Credit where it’s due—the grill is fantastic. The kitchen staff clearly knows what they’re doing, even if the front of house is stuck in a different century. The "Receptionist Lady": She’s mastered a very specific skill set. Between her newly polished French and her eagerness to suck up to white patrons, she’s doing a lot of heavy lifting to make sure everyone knows who the "preferred" guests are. Parental Guidance: We want to teach new generation about dignity and self-worth. I don't recommend making kids spending their Saturday night watching a grown woman audition for "Most Improved Social Climber" by groveling to people based on race. Final Verdict: The food is worth the money, but the atmosphere is a bit too "colonial" for a modern family outing. We’ll be sticking to takeout from now on. The souvlaki is delicious; the side of racial sycophancy? Not so much.
