Really enjoyed their yogurt bowl and croissant!

Get brunch place. The food is consistently good. Nice intimate atmosphere inside and terrace outside for nice weather.
Our first stop in Montreal, and this place is such a must! Definitely worth getting in line! Excellent service & pastries! If I go back to Montreal, I will surely stop at this place again! Highly recommended!
We had a fantastic experience. One in our party couldn’t have sugar and they worked hard to accommodate her needs. The Reuben was amazing and the almond croissant was to die for.
A great, bustling place in Old Montreal for killer lunch time bites and a trendy, casual vibe. The Cubain panini and chicken melt 🥪 were incredibly tasty. We will definitely be back!
The food is fresh and delicious, their salmon bowl is the perfect blend of flavor. I went back for breakfast, their chia breakfast bowl had fresh fruit, their homemade granola and a little custard. Their coffee is good too, great location in Old Town Montreal, pretty setting. The staff is friendly, I was traveling on my own and really enjoyed the food and atmosphere.
Beautiful brunch experience.
Incroyable! Loved my coffee and the chicken melt. So gooood
Stumbled upon Olive et Gourmando on a Sunday morning while exploring Old Montreal and I'm so glad I did — the line out the door was absolutely worth it. We grabbed a table just as the brunch rush was picking up and the croque monsieur was honestly one of the best I've ever had, perfectly crispy with just the right amount of melt. The staff were warm and patient even with the crowd, and the rustic exposed-brick space felt like something straight out of a Parisian café. Definitely coming back next time I'm in town from Vancouver.
I really enjoyed this place.
A nice, quick morning stop on our first day in Montreal.
Phenomenal food, surprised me a lot. Some of the best I had In Canada.
Good food but overpriced. $26 plus tax and tip for a simple sandwich with no side (not even a pickle or handful of greens or potato chips) is excessive, even if it is tasty. Cozy interior, not the best place to bring a large group or big stroller.
Coffee/espresso was excellent. However staff were rude from the outset. Had some sort of egg sandwich that was disgusting and greasy. Given the price I'd expect much better.
Cute and cozy restaurant with A+ food. We ordered two raspberry lemonades for the kids, the french toast, grilled cheese, asian salad and the Egg on Your Face sandwich - all were delicious but the standout was the homemade ketchup that came with the grilled cheese. Outstanding!
Great place for lunch. Italian egg and Cuban sandwich!
A bit disappointed. Grill cheese used to be an experience. Now the filling is still very good but the bread is ordinary. More like a panini bread barely grilled. For 25$, I expect better.
Phil Rosenthal (Somebody Feed Phil) visted here, so it was on our "must visit" list for our trip to Old Montreal. Food quality and taste were beyond our expectations. Service was excellent. It was very busy when we arrived, but we were told it would only be a 10 minute wait. We sat outside on a bench, and waited to be called. I admired the ambiance as we were shown to our table. It was full, and noisy, but so much that we couldn't talk to each other. Bonus points for whoever designed the sound system that played 80s music during our visit. Enough speakers to fill the room with sound, and the system didn't need to played loud to be enjoyed. Coffee was superb. Just the right strength, with lovely notes of chocolate. I had the chicken melt, which was incredible. Real chicken pieces, sauce with a touch of heat, and toppings with just the right amount of savoury. Her panini was equally good. The star of the meal was the french roast. Heated all the way through, with the right balance of fruit, cheese, and syrop.
$30 for a single sandwich is crazy. Cost of living here is no joke. Food is not bad though.
One of my all-time favorite places. Food is fantastic, ambiance is great great it feels like you are on vacation at a beautiful european bistro/ café.
Massive disappointment. Snooty and disinterested staff. Overpriced sandwiches that were so greasy they made us feel queasy.
Fantastic service and delicious sandwiches! Ordered their Cuban sandwich and Chicken Melt and for once, my partner and I didn’t swap sandwiches because we each loved ours so much. Store manager was especially kind and understanding when there was a minor hiccup with my order, I really appreciate it. Will definitely be back to try more of their breakfast/lunch menu and pastries! Recommended to all my friends, some of whom ordered sandwiches for lunch too. Happy bellies all around :)
Final day in Montreal had us come across this lovely cafe. Wonderful staff and delicious food. The coffee was the best we had in our short stay in Montreal. Picked up some granola and Muesli as well as the delicious pastries on the way out
My favourite brunch in Montreal! Panini Poached Egg and th French toast were my favourite
We had just landed in Montreal and were looking for a place to eat downtown — and this spot completely made our experience. It was super busy, but the team handled everything perfectly and found us a great table. The food was amazing, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was fantastic. We will definitely be back!
