Room was very clean and suitable for our needs however a major incident occurred with the security codes for the locks. As a woman travelling alone when you are in your room and suddenly your door gets unlocked because another guest receives the same code to your room !!!! That is SCARY and unacceptable. Response time was over an hour by text……no worries they said, he found his own room!!!!! No owners or staff at the facility!! Do better!

I would simply like to set the record straight. Yes, we did assign the same room to two different guests—a first in our seven years of operation.
The guest arrived at 9:20 PM; upon realizing he had entered the wrong room, he called me immediately. As the owner, I went up to check the situation (I was on-site, as we live here) and promptly assigned the correct room to the guest. We informed you of the situation via text message to reassure you before the night. You were not traveling alone; your two friends were in the room next door. Furthermore, should any issue have arisen, we are located directly beneath the room you were staying in, so there was no danger to you.
We are sorry that this situation made you feel unsafe; however, in the time we have hosted over 14,000 visitors, the safety of a single guest has never been compromised.
Simplement rectifié les faits. Oui nous avons attribué la même chambre à 2 clients différents, une première en 7 années d'opération.
Le client est arrivé à 21h20, quand il a vu qu'il accédait à la mauvaise chambre, il m'a appelé aussitôt et, moi le propriétaire, je suis monté pour vérifier la situation (j'étais donc sur place, nous habitons sur place) et j'ai attribué la bonne chambre au client immédiatement. Nous vous avons informé de la situation par texto pour vous rassurer avant la nuit. Vous ne voyagiez pas seule, vos deux amies étaient dans la chambre d'à côté. Enfin si il y avait quoique ce soit, nous sommes directement en dessous de la chambre ou vous étiez, donc aucun danger pour vous.
Nous sommes désolés que cette situation ait été insécurisante pour vous, mais ici après plus de 14000 visiteurs, jamais la sécurité d'un seul client n'a été mis en danger.
