The best greek place in Montreal. Beats Souvlaki bar, Marathon, best calamari I’ve had. Super fresh and generous portions, with best price. Servers are always kind and willing to help you. 10/10

I had an amazing experience at O Thanassis Grillades Grecque on Saint-Laurent! The calamari were absolutely incredible—crispy, tender, and perfectly seasoned. Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever had calamari this good in my life! The chicken souvlaki was just as delicious—perfectly marinated, juicy, and full of that authentic Greek flavor. Everything on the plate, from the Greek salad and potatoes to the rice, pita, and tzatziki, was fresh and flavorful. The menu is packed with great choices, and I can’t wait to come back to try more. A huge thank you to Chef Kosta for preparing such amazing dishes—it was wonderful seeing him again after so long. I’ll definitely be returning very soon!

Took takeout at lunch. The pita wraps were prepared fresh. Got the chicken gyro pita and chicken souvlaki pita which was really good: tasty tender marinated chicken, tons of creamy and garlicky but not too garlicky tzatziki. The spanakopita was really flavorful too. But best of all, it’s incredibly cheap for the high quality, taste and freshness of the food which all seems homemade.

From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. The service was fast and friendly, the food was absolutely delicious, and the overall atmosphere was great. Greek music was a plus. We will be back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic experience!

The booth was spacious and comfortable. It wasn't too crowded and unlike other restaurants, you can conduct a conversation without raising your voice. I had the calamari and the pikilia. Both were tasty and the portion size was generous. I plan on returning.

SO SO GOOD. Can't remember the last time I got so much amazing food for such a good price. Got a HUGE salad, and Gyro (with giant side of fries and rice) for 20$. Will absolutely be coming back.
