That said, we understand that if someone is trying this type of item for the first time, it may be surprising. We appreciate your comment and will consider making this clearer on our menu so new customers know exactly what to expect. Regarding the service time, during certain hours of the afternoon the store is usually much quieter, which is why we schedule our team accordingly. Occasionally multiple orders can arrive at once, which may create a short wait. We appreciate your patience and our team always does their best to serve everyone as quickly as possible while maintaining quality.
