They refused to seat as we came in with, a 12, 13, and 14 year old. These children are well behaved and enjoy food. Very disappointing experience

We stopped in here on a whim after walking the streets and browsing the stores. The food was delicious and the service was fast and friendly, it was however a little noisy, but it was almost 10 pm and there’s was a younger crowd starting fill the place. Definitely recommend

Wonderful table service in a warmly lit, comfortable environment. Food was good, although it is pretty standard pub fare. Good range of drinks at good prices. Would happily go again. Also, cutest logo of all time.

A solid 4.5. We went in for a late lunch about 3pm. It wasn't busy. The Duck Confit Poutine was tasty, and cost $27 A small glass of wine (4 ounces maybe?) Cost between $10 - $14

Had a nice meal here while traveling to Montreal on business. Grabbed a seat at the bar and had the onion soup + duck confit poutine. Everything was tasty, although I did find the bread to be a bit much in the soup, but that’s probably a personal preference more than anything. Would come back again!

Came late night on a Monday for some martinis and was pleasantly surprised by the welcoming and knowledgeable Mae, who is such a kind and welcoming person. We will be back again some day in July to see Mae once again!

Trendy place close to Place des arts and Quartier des spectacles to have a cocktail after a good show.

It's been nearly 10 years since my first visit to Nyk's Bistro. This place is an institution, it is a must if you ever visit Montreal or are a local looking for a lowkey experience that feels like fine dining. They have managed to create an atmosphere that feels high end, but retains reasonable prices alongside immaculate quality. The atmosphere is superb, striking a balance between a classic Irish pub and a fine dining establishment! I cannot recommend this place enough. I am very pleased that Nyk's is not only still in business, but thriving!!!

Solid pub in the center of Montreal. Good beers in tap (a few local options too).
