Got offloaded in 1.5 hours. No overnight parking. Backup from road
Came here to deliver the goods on March 9/2026. Receiver/person at the window told me to write down my number and then he calls me to back up on door 2. I backed up from the street as there’s not enough space for a 53ft trailer to back up safely. You have to reverse from the street blocking traffic from both sides. This guy comes out yelling for seal. I told him it should be here. Let me find it. It took me 5 minutes to find one and other seal. Meanwhile he tells me to move and refuse the load because he did not tell me to keep the seals. His coworker came out asking for seal and I told him I gave the seals to this receiver/sitting at window guy. Coworker told me that it’s not something new about his behaviour. I just came here to deliver the goods at 8am and he tried to ruin my day. People like him, created your company’s image bad for me. Given a choice, I’d never like to come here again to ruin my day.
