My husband and I had been looking for a place to eat for at least an hour this February 14th, and then this spot appeared in our path! We arrived just in time and were lucky to get a table. The noodles are made fresh on site — super fresh — and the broth was absolutely delicious. I dare to say it’s the first noodle soup we’ve had that tastes this good and doesn’t become greasy as it cools down. We will definitely be coming back. It’s a small, very pleasant and cozy place, with great service and very affordable prices.

Really good. The noodles were perfectly cooked and had the perfect chewiness to it. The broth was delicious as well, really flavourful and not too salty. The portions are really generous, comes with a lot of noodles.

The ramen here is pretty decent. Just don’t let the noodles sit in the broth for too long, or they’ll lose their springy texture. The cold side dishes are light and refreshing as well. Overall, if you don’t feel like cooking, it’s a solid choice.

I only remembered to take a photo halfway through because I was too eager to start eating. The noodles were wonderfully chewy, it was fascinating to watch the handmade noodle-making process, and the staff were very attentive and polite. Overall, the dining experience was extremely satisfying and enjoyable.

Noodles in my dish were undercooked and extremely salty. I usually eat salty but I was not able to finish my dish. The “sauce” was a soup of soy sauce and salt. My husband’s lan zhou noodle were overcooked and just fell apart in the soup. The broth was ok. Its not the first time. This place just doesn’t get the noodle consistency right.

The food was excellent and very fresh. The noodles were perfectly made, and watching the chef prepare them was impressive—he is truly talented. The open-kitchen concept is creative and entertaining, making the experience even more enjoyable. The server was polite and attentive, and the restaurant itself is cozy and well designed. There is also plenty of parking available in the plaza, which is very convenient. I will definitely return.
