BEST BURGERS EVER ! Our family had such an amazing time tonight, our server was absolutely amazing. I am GF and she was so helpful navigating my order and making sure we had the best time ♡ our daughter loved the Mac n cheese. Such a great atmosphere, so many great options for food and drinks. Definitely will be back ! ☆☆☆☆☆ +

So I've always had great experiences at NBG, except for 1 very not great one 3 weeks ago (see original review of that at the end). I left a mediocre review for the poor experience and the owner reached out to me. After talking with Kevin, he suggested I give NBG St-Sauveur 1 more try. So I did, not knowing what to expect, and to be honest the experience was fantastic. Me and my 2 friends were seated in a quiet corner of the restaurant, the waitress (Leane) was absolutely spectacular and the service/food was great. It was really a nice evening and even my friends mentioned how amazing everything was. I definitely recommend visiting NBG St-Sau! And if you do have a bad experience, reach out the owner; he really cares and will try to make it right. **ORIGINAL REVIEW** As mentioned by another reviewer, the waitress that served me refused to speak English. It was awkward; me speaking in (basic) English, and her replying in French only. I completely understand we're in Quebec, but the staff should have a *basic* understanding of English, especially in St-Sau. The fried cheese curds were also overdone and not enjoyable to eat. The main meal also came way too quickly after we ordered the appetizer. The resto was also pretty empty (at 5:30PM on a Wednesday) and they seated me and my friend in the middle of the resto next to the only other people there. The last time I went there was actually a great experience. I was seated in a quieter location and the waitress was great. I guess the experience is hit or miss! I'd suggest visiting the location in St-Jerome if possible, I've been there 5 times and it's been great every single time. I've been to the St-Sauveur location twice and once was great and once was not great. Take your chances!

Went on Monday and took advantage of the smash burger and tots deal. Food was amazing and staff was friendly and attentive. Good selection of drinks and atmosphere was warm and inviting. Highly recommended and will visit again.
