Usually a great place. Food is absolutely delicious. Meals have nice names. Food is very filling for the price.Unfortunately last time I went with 3 of my friends, it took over an hour for our food to come. I understand there was a drag show happening (not expected for that night) but doesn't matter if its a drag or a puppet show, the food shouldn't take that long to arrive. We got ordered at around 7:45pm and we got our food at 9:10pm and by that time there was half the people there was when we arrived!

I ordered on Uber eats for a total of 50$. Very disappointing experience. The burger meat was unusually chewy with several hard pieces that I had to spit out, which suggests poor meat quality or overcooking. The bacon was soft and not crispy. The onion rings were soggy both inside and outside, as if they were cooked at the wrong temperature or left sitting too long. The overall quality of ingredients was very poor and assembly was also very poor. Where was the lettuce? The onions?The 11$ brownie described as “à la mode" arrived as a dry, plain square with no ice cream or sauce — completely different from what was advertised. It looked stale and not freshly prepared. I was really looking forward to eating a GOOD flavorful hamburger. That really wasn't it. So disappointed. Will never order from here again. Might as well order from AW. 😂 😭

Club sandwich a greasy soft concoction, sauce dripping and overpowering all other ingredients. French fries were black from refrying, tasteless (actually, heavy oil taste). Wings tasted oily. Do not order take out from the Carrefour Laval location.

Got tater tots to go and while it's usually a pretty generous portion, this was ridiculously small, 10$ for a single serving amount. Will not be ordering from this location again.

Honestly, the service was very bad we waited over an hour for our food. The food was good but they never came to see us to ask if we wanted coffee and dessert. I was not empressed, won't be going back!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent place to catch a game and enjoy a great burger! Notre Boeuf de Grâce – Laval is definitely a new spot worth discovering. The food is solid, the burgers are well made, and it’s a fun place to sit down, eat, and watch a game. It’s still new on the map, but you can already see the potential—once the vibe and atmosphere fully come together, this place is going to be a real go-to. Looking forward to coming back and seeing it grow. Highly recommend giving it a try! 🍔🏒📺

Great spot for any night of the week. May was incredible, she was attentive and super fun. Food was delicious and great portions. TVs everywhere for sports nights. A definite repeat hangout.

The absolute worse smash burger I ever ate. Dry as hell and not even a true smash burger as it was too thick to be one. Also when I turned it over the patty was grey (so much for fresh made patties). And $16 for flavorless Mac & Cheese. Don't think they used real cheese. A big disappointment. Service was good.

Wait staff was great. Good great. Everyone asked how we’re were doing. We were recommended to take some staple dishes and we did. Friendly, genuine and very pleasant staff. It was quiet for a Saturday but it sits between the entrance and I between two other Resto’s that block a bit. Watched the hockey and football game from every angle. Great ambiance. I would say a hidden gem (literally) but once you see it, a must try!

Was a nice meal. Decor and place is nice. Juke box, Dj, etc. However when we went on a Saturday night 630 it was pretty quiet and only 30% full. Mind you it is Christmas time. Overall worth it. Great burgers and its annexed to the biggest mall in Laval, Québec. Shop and dine.

I had a great experience at the Notre-Dame-de-Grâce restaurant in Laval. Hugo, who served me, was outstanding from start to finish. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect without ever being intrusive. His professionalism and positive attitude really elevated the whole dining experience. The food was excellent — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Everything arrived on time and tasted great, which made the meal even more enjoyable. Combined with Hugo’s exceptional service, it made for a truly pleasant visit. I would definitely recommend this restaurant, especially if you’re lucky enough to be served by Hugo. I’ll be happy to come back.

We were going to the food court but then decided to try a burger from this franchise, IT WAS ONE OF THE BEST BURGERS I've ever eaten, and I am a new loyal customer of this particular location since our server, Anissa, was absolutely superb, she recommended great items, her attention level to us was truly superb (making sure we liked all our dishes and ensuring our water was refilled as well as the soft drinks) and it is largely because of her exemplary service that I will be returning here, the management must know what they are doing since she was trained very well, was courteous throughout the entire meal - KUDOS to you Anissa and well done to this store for choosing employees that actually care.

We really liked our time here.. it was a get-together with friends. We were 8 people, with kids. Service was A+, and the only reason I gave it 4 stars was because it was on a hockey game night. ALL the TVs were on full blast and it was very hard to keep conversation, especially since we were seated right under the biggest screen. It would have been nice to be moved elsewhere especially since the restaurant was pretty empty, but we didn't request it either. We really enjoyed our service, it was impeccable, the food came quick and was good! We would definitely be back, and maybe not on a hockey night 😅😂 at least the Canadiens won, and it was a great game. GO HABS GO!

Fun, excellent burger and beer place, although the cocktails are nice too. Love the atmosphere and the vibe. My go to burger place in the West Island.
