Leaving this comment cuz we had a very good experience, after we received the food we found out it was porc, we do not eat porc, the employee was so nice just took it and asked us if we'd like to order smth else, thank you that was really nice,

Food is good, but the service is disappointing. I had the Avocat du Diable burger, which is essentially a vegetarian option that can be made vegan. Ironically, there’s no avocado in the burger despite the name. I opted for the vegan, gluten-free bun instead of the regular one (you have to specifically ask the waitress for it). My friend had the Swiss burger and enjoyed it. We also opted for the jerk fries, which were good, basically regular fries with a peppery seasoning. I had a 0.0% Peroni, while my friend tried the Red Stripe, a well-known Jamaican beer. That said, the service really took away from the experience. Despite clearly mentioning multiple times that I’m vegan, my plate still came with a cup of basil mayonnaise. It’s small details like that that make customers feel like their preferences aren’t taken seriously. We sat at the bar and were served by a young girl who seemed inexperienced and had a noticeable attitude. Right from the beginning, she talked back to me, which set the tone. At another point, while I was casually debating burger doneness with my friend, she became impatient and rude, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. There wasn’t any major incident, but the overall vibe was unwelcoming. Before going, I called to ask about the vegetarian option, and the person on the phone couldn’t answer a simple question about what wasn’t vegan in the burger. He had to check with the manager, who then spoke to me as if I had already been there and was complaining, which was confusing and off-putting. It was a Friday night and the restaurant wasn’t busy. The location is next to Baton Rouge at Carrefour Laval, with free parking available. Overall, while the food is decent, it’s not exceptional, and the poor service makes it unlikely that I’ll return. PS I'm only vegan during Lent which is essentially 40 days a year.

Food was good. However, be aware of the kids' menu. They don't have it printed for adults to consult. Meals are $14. They have 5 choices. Every topping on hamburgers are extra (cheese $2, bacon $3...). Sides are also extra (poutine $5, Cesar salad $3). So I paid 17$ for a drink, hot dog with Cesar salad and a small bowl of ice cream. Also paid $19 for 2 chicken tenders and a poutine. Not what I was expecting.

Ordered on Uber Missing 2 orders of jerk fries that they refused to do anything to help with. The drivers simply pick up and drop off. Missing items are the fault of the store. Do better, very frustrated.

Usually a great place. Food is absolutely delicious. Meals have nice names. Food is very filling for the price.Unfortunately last time I went with 3 of my friends, it took over an hour for our food to come. I understand there was a drag show happening (not expected for that night) but doesn't matter if its a drag or a puppet show, the food shouldn't take that long to arrive. We got ordered at around 7:45pm and we got our food at 9:10pm and by that time there was half the people there was when we arrived!

I ordered on Uber eats for a total of 50$. Very disappointing experience. The burger meat was unusually chewy with several hard pieces that I had to spit out, which suggests poor meat quality or overcooking. The bacon was soft and not crispy. The onion rings were soggy both inside and outside, as if they were cooked at the wrong temperature or left sitting too long. The overall quality of ingredients was very poor and assembly was also very poor. Where was the lettuce? The onions?The 11$ brownie described as “à la mode" arrived as a dry, plain square with no ice cream or sauce — completely different from what was advertised. It looked stale and not freshly prepared. I was really looking forward to eating a GOOD flavorful hamburger. That really wasn't it. So disappointed. Will never order from here again. Might as well order from AW. 😂 😭

Club sandwich a greasy soft concoction, sauce dripping and overpowering all other ingredients. French fries were black from refrying, tasteless (actually, heavy oil taste). Wings tasted oily. Do not order take out from the Carrefour Laval location.

Got tater tots to go and while it's usually a pretty generous portion, this was ridiculously small, 10$ for a single serving amount. Will not be ordering from this location again.

Honestly, the service was very bad we waited over an hour for our food. The food was good but they never came to see us to ask if we wanted coffee and dessert. I was not empressed, won't be going back!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent place to catch a game and enjoy a great burger! Notre Boeuf de Grâce – Laval is definitely a new spot worth discovering. The food is solid, the burgers are well made, and it’s a fun place to sit down, eat, and watch a game. It’s still new on the map, but you can already see the potential—once the vibe and atmosphere fully come together, this place is going to be a real go-to. Looking forward to coming back and seeing it grow. Highly recommend giving it a try! 🍔🏒📺

Great spot for any night of the week. May was incredible, she was attentive and super fun. Food was delicious and great portions. TVs everywhere for sports nights. A definite repeat hangout.

The absolute worse smash burger I ever ate. Dry as hell and not even a true smash burger as it was too thick to be one. Also when I turned it over the patty was grey (so much for fresh made patties). And $16 for flavorless Mac & Cheese. Don't think they used real cheese. A big disappointment. Service was good.

Wait staff was great. Good great. Everyone asked how we’re were doing. We were recommended to take some staple dishes and we did. Friendly, genuine and very pleasant staff. It was quiet for a Saturday but it sits between the entrance and I between two other Resto’s that block a bit. Watched the hockey and football game from every angle. Great ambiance. I would say a hidden gem (literally) but once you see it, a must try!

Was a nice meal. Decor and place is nice. Juke box, Dj, etc. However when we went on a Saturday night 630 it was pretty quiet and only 30% full. Mind you it is Christmas time. Overall worth it. Great burgers and its annexed to the biggest mall in Laval, Québec. Shop and dine.

I had a great experience at the Notre-Dame-de-Grâce restaurant in Laval. Hugo, who served me, was outstanding from start to finish. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect without ever being intrusive. His professionalism and positive attitude really elevated the whole dining experience. The food was excellent — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Everything arrived on time and tasted great, which made the meal even more enjoyable. Combined with Hugo’s exceptional service, it made for a truly pleasant visit. I would definitely recommend this restaurant, especially if you’re lucky enough to be served by Hugo. I’ll be happy to come back.
