The service is horrible! The cook was making a poutine and pushing it in the plate with his hands and then licking his fingers. I ordered smash burgers. The burgers were anything but smashed and tasted horrible! The bacon was not cooked. The fries were burnt. The owners only ones waiting on tables, stacked dirty dishes on the bar. Overall horrible! Stay away

I decided to order from this place for the first time on doordash and am SUPER disappointed. First of all, the milkshake was horrible and had no flavour. It felt like I was drinking cold water with oreos inside. The poutine I received is microscopic even though I ordered a large. Not to mention the fries came super burnt and the cheese used is low quality. The worst of all was the burger. Complete mess, low quality ingredients, and the beef was dry as a bone. I will NEVER order from this place again. Horrible restaurant, I honestly hope this place closes down!

We went here to watch the Habs game and the food was very good! The staff was super nice and they let us stay past their closing time to watch the end of the game! Highly recommend going here to watch any sports games!

It's tricky to find new places to eat when you are in a different city. Burger restaurants are usually a safe bet. Well, this one is a very safe bet. We ordered 2 different burgers with fries and decided to share. What a great idea. Burgers are easy to cut in half This way, we got to try different ones; like sliders. Burger 1 was the Holy Swiss, and Burger 2 was the Divine Inspiration. One was not better than the other. They were both amazing. The beef patties were perfectly cooked, and the bun held all the toppings together . OMG the fries. What can I say? Home cut. Not frozen. I needed more. Maybe because it was past the lunch hour when we arrived, but it was a bit quiet. It's the type of place, with its fun decor, that needs a fun crowd . You have to try this restaurant chain. With its 13 locations, you are sure to find one near you. But remember they are a franchise and not all are the same. April 2026 - not all locations have the same quality or the same ability to make great burgers. The location in the West Island of Montreal is a great one. The location in Ville Saint Laurent is also a great location. The one in Laval off the highway 13, is definitely not a great location. I just ate there for lunch today the service was good, but the burger was..... I can barely see it. I always eat the same David's burger and all locations. And this one was really not good. Even the fries were soggy and Droopy not crispy. And no one was in the restaurant but us. I definitely won't go back to this particular location.

Went in earlier this evening table of 8 with two children for 2 Adult birthday celebration at the Saint Dorothea location the server HOOMAN and team made our evening unforgettable kind, pleasant helped with menu choices and offered free birthday cakes, made us feel that we were special and that's how it is suppose to be. Thank you staff and thank you Hooman

I called with a special request as we were in a rush and had a large order that needed to be ready by the time we got to the restaurant. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating with our request. Everything turned out perfect. They were very nice and most importantly the food was delicious. Highly recommend!

this place is really cool, i recommend going there when its not busy. the food is amazing, the tater tots are so crunchy and the grilled cheese is chefs kiss. the cherry bubbly lemonade is also amazing, tastes really sweet!! the service is amazing, no other words. the atmosphere is just perfect. there's video game inspired decor everywhere, and they were playing an enrique iglesias mixtape when i stayed!! this place is really cool!! perfect to pick up a little lunch or dinner!! i would love to return here!!

Ordered through Doordash twice and they keep accepting and then cancelling my orders 45 min later, I end up wasting 1hr of my time for nothing on more than one occasion, DO NOT ORDER from them.

Disappointing experience. We were the only customers in the restaurant on a Friday night, which should’ve been a red flag. To make things worse, they sell gift cards on their website but refused to honor them in-store, forcing us to pay twice. Poor management and unacceptable business practices. Would not recommend.

I ordered the deep fried pickles. This was 14$… they are black and altogether I think that is one pickle. They should not be very proud of that being served at their establishment for that price. I had to laugh and shake my head

I’ve been to several Notre Bœuf locations, and this one wasn’t my favorite. The service was very slow, and the food didn’t taste great. They also seemed understaffed, which clearly affected the overall service in a negative way.
