Disappointing experience. We were the only customers in the restaurant on a Friday night, which should’ve been a red flag. To make things worse, they sell gift cards on their website but refused to honor them in-store, forcing us to pay twice. Poor management and unacceptable business practices. Would not recommend.

I ordered the deep fried pickles. This was 14$… they are black and altogether I think that is one pickle. They should not be very proud of that being served at their establishment for that price. I had to laugh and shake my head

I’ve been to several Notre Bœuf locations, and this one wasn’t my favorite. The service was very slow, and the food didn’t taste great. They also seemed understaffed, which clearly affected the overall service in a negative way.

Ordered off uber and you guys should be ashamed of the product you sent out. Ordered 2 double smash burgers and got 2 single with meat that looked like it was scraped from the grease trap. No sauce and ice cold, i dont expect piping hot when i order delivery but i also dont expect it to be ice cold. 10$ for fries and you fill 1/4 of the small bag and also ice cold. The salad that we ordered with extra chicken had a half chewed up piece of chicken in it and avocado so black you could pave the road with it. Really not impressed. Im in the resto business and i can understand a small screw up but this was 80$ thrown in the garbage. Zero quality. And if the excuse is that its busy because of the holiday season then everything should be fresh since youre going through it so fast. To summarize, horrible quality and you should be ashamed to send out food like that.

Ordered 5 burgers, all the beef patties were dry and tasteless. The maple pull ham only half the circumstance of the burger, which does not have maple syrup taste, no dijon taste, no bbq sauce taste. The yellowish part is the swiss cheese which doesn't taste much as it's cold; the whole thing is dry and chewy. Super disappointed! On the Altar Boys burgers, a piece of hair is even found wrapped within the bacon and cheese, which is absolutely disgusting. No more return to this restaurant for me.

I’ve been to multiple NDBG before, but this was by far the worst one I have been too. When I bit into my burger, there was a long hair imbedded into the burger. I lost my appetite immediately I almost threw up. I read a few other reviews, just based off of that I believe the cook doesn’t wear a hairnet, or wash his hands. I hope I do not get food poisoning. When I told the waiter about the burger, he apologized and brought a new one out, I was hesitant to eat it but I did. They didn’t remove the burger from the bill, only removed the coffee as a sorry, which wasn’t an even something I ordered my boyfriend did (he said the cappuccino wasn’t even good). The only thing I liked about this location was all the wall murals.

Food is good. Portions are kinda small and pricey, but overall a good place for nice hamburgers…
