This might honestly be the best Indian meal I’ve ever had in my life—no exaggeration. I have traveled all around the world and this is all around the best meal of my whole entire life. The family an app and a desert for free. They were beyond friendly and welcoming. The moment the garlic naan hit the table, I knew I was in trouble. It came out hot, brushed with butter, loaded with garlic, and just the right amount of char on the edges. It was soft in the middle but had that slight crisp where it mattered. I kept telling myself I’d slow down, but I didn’t. Then came the butter chicken and tikka masala—and I don’t even know how to choose between them. The butter chicken was smooth, rich, and slightly sweet with that deep tomato creaminess that coats everything perfectly. The chicken was tender, almost falling apart the second it touched the spoon. The tikka masala had more attitude—bolder, spicier, a little smokier. It didn’t compete with the butter chicken, it just brought a completely different energy. Between the two sauces and the naan, it was basically impossible to stop “sampling” both until there was nothing left. And then the three vegetable curries showed up and somehow stole attention they had no right stealing. Each one tasted completely different—one creamy and comforting, one bright and spiced with a slow burn, and one earthy and deeply aromatic like it had been simmering all day just to reach that exact flavor. They weren’t just side dishes—they were fully realized dishes that could’ve stood on their own. Dipping garlic naan into all of it became the main event. Every bite was different depending on what curry you paired it with—some bites rich and heavy, others sharp and tangy, others warm and spiced in a way that built slowly instead of hitting all at once. By the end, I wasn’t just full—I was genuinely impressed. Like the meal had layers, personality, and intention. It wasn’t just “good Indian food.” It was one of those meals that makes you compare everything else to it for a long time afterward.

Noor Bistro was an absolute highlight of our trip. After a long day of travel, they went above and beyond to stay open and make sure we had a great meal — a level of hospitality you rarely see anymore. The food was excellent and truly authentic, full of rich flavors and clearly made with care. The service was fantastic, and the atmosphere felt quaint and welcoming, like a genuine family meal rather than just dining out. Highly recommend Noor Bistro to anyone looking for outstanding Indian cuisine and warm hospitality.

Power went out, they have gas cooking, and we had never been, but were blown away at the quality of food. Simple menu so they have refined their craft - would definitely recommend for a quick lunch/dinner or après-ski.

Staff was so welcoming, the food was a-ma-zing (Butter chicken and Tikka Madala chicken). The only thing is we would have like to experience more of an indian atmosphere with indian music. Most of the time pop american music was on. But in general it was just perfect and cozy.

Our first time trying this place and we loved it! The flavors are very good, the service is excellent. Our favorites were butter chicken, the lamb curry, Bueyani rice and the garlic Naan 😋 Very excited to have excellent Indian food in Tremblant 🥳

We were just walking around Mont Tremblant for a lunch spot when we found this gem. Service was exceptional and owners were welcoming. The food was the best, very flavorful. We got the chicken biryani (i recommend the one with bones), chicken tikka masala and garlic naan. 10/10 for everything!
