Worst experience ever. I ordered two items but was charged for three. When I questioned the bill, they refused to acknowledge the mistake. Later, when I went back and asked for the receipt, the employee immediately admitted that an extra item had been added to my order by mistake. What concerns me most is that the issue was only acknowledged after I requested proof. Prices are already quite high, so being overcharged on top of that is extremely frustrating. Customers should always double-check their receipts before leaving.

Dear Mohit,
You ordered 2 portion of Samosa and 1 portion of Fritters. We informed you that we are sold out with fritters but though it was already feed in system when you placed order so we forgot to delete it, later when you got charged by mistake we Immediately refunded you.
Request to please dont exaggerate such a small issue.
