This restaurant is amazing! We drove down from Montreal and were blown away,we will definitely come back to Quebec City just for this resto! I was just there for the hot pot and had an incredible experience. The broth was absolutely delicious and packed with flavor, and you can really tell how fresh all the ingredients are. A huge thank you to Steven for taking such great care of us, your exceptional service made the night even more special! We will definitely be back soon.

Had a great experience at Nomi. The food was fresh, flavorful, and there was a great variety of ingredients to choose from. The hotpot and BBQ combination made the meal really fun. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was friendly and attentive. There were great options for custom cocktails. Thank you to my server Cheuk for an amazing experience. Definitely a great spot if you’re craving hotpot and BBQ. I’d happily come back again!

We had a really wonderful dinner. The service was excellent, and everyone was incredibly kind and attentive. We truly appreciated how much effort the staff put into making sure we had a great experience. The food wasn’t quite a 10/10 for us, but it was still enjoyable overall. In fact, this was one of the better dining experiences we had during our trip to Quebec, and we enjoyed it much more than some of the other restaurants we tried in Old Quebec. One suggestion would be to consider using tablets for ordering. We really appreciated the servers taking the time to explain everything and help us with each order, but I imagine it could become difficult to manage individual orders this way when the restaurant gets busier. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and really appreciated the wonderful service!

We didn’t know it was an all you can eat restaurant until we arrived, so it was such a pleasant surprise! Everything was great; the food, the service, and the overall experience. The atmosphere feels warm and family friendly. I recommend this place, and I’ll definitely be back!

Looooved it, we had such a great time! Food was excellent and fresh (the marinated meats were sooo good), service was friendly and fast. Definitely going back. (Special shout-out to those freshly prepared sesame balls and fried dough in condensed milk for dessert that were to die for. Keep some room for those!)

The food is very good and flavorful! The menu is a bit confusing to order or receive, i would suggest getting papers to write on, iPad menu, or giving access to order through phone. The staff is very kind and accomidating too.

Ok food, fresh, but not quality meats worth the price. Service is slow, if you are hungry and need food right away, this place is not suitable for you. They will forget about the order, had to order several times for food to arrive. Waiters are nice, but not what I expected for an all-you-can-eat. Most importantly, it’s like sauna once the pots are starting to work 🤣 sweat like crazy. Definitely need to work on their HVAC system.

Thank you for your honest feedback. 😄 We’re glad you found the food fresh and our servers friendly, but we’re sorry that the rest of your experience did not meet your expectations. With the high volume of orders, mistakes can sometimes happen. We are working with our team to improve the speed and organization of our service. Regarding the temperature you’re absolutely right. 😂 Our air conditioning system broke down yesterday and with all the grills and hot pots running, the dining room can get very hot. Since the building’s central unit is managed by our landlord, we are working closely with them and their technicians to have it repaired as quickly as possible. Due to Quebec’s construction holiday, repair times are a little longer than usual, but we are doing everything we can to resolve the issue quickly. Thank you for your patience and for bringing this to our attention.

The food was alright but the food came very slow. The restaurant was not close to full yet we still couldn’t get our food in the span of 20 mins. The servers were nice for the least but considering the price I would not recommend this place.

Visited from Toronto with wife and 2 children. They were short staffed and we had no reservations. They went above and beyond to find us a table. Food was very high quality, arrived quickly, and we were treated like royalty. Excellent experience- would recommend to all.
